Perfect central location with many restaurants and amenities close by. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and I would stay here again because of the excellent customer service they provided. It's a small affordable hotel but the only noises we heard were sirens periodically, which is to be expected in a big city. The rooms could have been a little cleaner and the bedside lights randomly turned on in the middle of night. Other than that, the hotel suited our needs. The rooftop views were an added bonus!

Mar 05, 2025 · Tara Lemberdecent hotel, decent rooms, good location. we had the unfortunate experience of staying in room 228, with a window facing a restaurant that was extremely noisy on at least two of our three nights until 12-1am. we thought it was an open restaurant but apparently it was closed just for the noise makers to enjoy. no views as advertised and noise that was not normal. the rooftop was closed as well. overall the hotel was fine, the workers were awesome, just…. why do you even let people stay in that room?

Location was super convenient and could easily access other parts of the city. The rooms were clean and spacious. Jessy was super awesome and made us feel right at home (:

The service we received from Luz R was exceptional!!! We felt like we had a new friend the minute we walked in. She was kind and informative and we definitely appreciated the water bottles. She is an asset to the Truss hotel!!!!

The lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Otherwise, the Room was Good! The service was excellent too! The lady at the front desk was Very nice and even gave us free water bottles! And the roof was a little bit hard to get to because it had a code. But once we got it the roof was Awesome! That’s all I have to say, and I really recommend this hotel if you want to visit manhattan! 10/10 hotel.
