There were two associates that work there - Santiago and Jeffrey that went above and beyond for my family and guests while we were there. They were courteous, friendly and so helpful during our stay. The hotel is clean and in prime location to many attractions. We frequent the city often and this hotel is on the top of our list for favorites. Thank you for everything !

Her kindness and genuine warmth make guests feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive. Teresa is always attentive and sees to it that everyone has what they need and going out of their way to create a positive experience. She works tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly, and her cheerful attitude never goes unnoticed. She takes real pride in her work, and it makes a huge difference to both the team and the guests. The hotel itself is fantastic! Ut offers excellent value for money, its convenient location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, whether traveling for business or leisure. With friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a reliable choice for a hassle-free stay.
Jan 26, 2025 · Eli AnneMy 4th visit to NYC and this time I stayed at Marriot for 6 nights. Great location. Walking distance to Broadway Time Square , Bryant Park and Macy. Port Authority Bus station right across from the hotel. Very convenient if you catch a shuttle bus from or to LaGuardia Airport. Staff were friendly and attentive with a smile. Breakfast was very basic, not even a slight of creativity. They cooked exactly the same basic breakfast for duration of my 6 night stay. The room wasn't very clean and the lobby seat was not comfortable. Outside the hotel entrance rubbish were scattered everywhere. Unattractive entrance. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and visit to NYC.

As a Platinum Elite member who used over 200K rewards points to book this stay, I expected a wonderful vacation with my family, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues we encountered: 1. Non-functioning elevators:This was incredibly frustrating! We waited over 25 minutes every morning for an elevator, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially being on the 19th floor. It turned what should have been a simple part of our day into a major hassle. 2. Unclean room/Non-working toilet flush: The bathroom toilet flush was flimsy, and the air conditioning unit was dusty. 3. Poor breakfast quality and disappointing Welcome Gift for Platinum Elite member: As a Platinum Elite member, I’m used to being welcomed with a choice between points or a thoughtful gift. This time, though, the “gift” was just a couple of bottles of water, which felt underwhelming. Unlike other Marriott properties worldwide, there wasn’t even daily water provided, which was a significant letdown. The breakfast was also pretty basic, not quite the quality I’m used to at Marriott. To make things worse, the area outside the hotel was full of garbage bags and had a constant unpleasant smell, which definitely didn’t add to the appeal. Given these issues, I’d like to request a refund of the points used for this stay. I hope these concerns will be addressed to improve future guest experiences.
