I'm on the road eight months of the year. As a result, I have top tier status with a number of the major hotel chains. I don't often stay at Four Points, as I prefer full service hotels, but after a two week leisure stay in NYC, I felt my last two nights would have to be cost effective, and so I chose to stay at the Four Points, which was reasonably priced and had acceptable reviews. I must say, I was overwhelmed by my experience at this place property. Monica, as others have mentioned, was an absolute delight. All of our interactions were truly amenable and solicitous. I felt so pampered. The wonderful upgrade I received didn't hurt, I have to admit. All staff treated me and my companion as royalty. Frankly, I was shocked at how satisfying this stay was. I can't speak to others' experiences, but ours was extraordinary. Breakfast was equally impressive. Seating was readily available and made to order eggs were offered if you didn't want the chafing dish scrambled option. Ramon took extra care of us throughout our stay. The Four Points was truly the hidden gem amongst all the hotels we visited.

This is an experience with the day and night staff, both. Things that I did not like at all: The room conditions and quality of the offerings. The management needs to pay attention to the clogged toilets, leaky bath-tubs, broken bathroom doors and smelly rooms. We had 2 bedrooms and needed an immediate change for one of them since it was totally unlivable. I am not highlighting the room size because that’s typical for all NYC rooms, but I expected the conditions to be appropriate for the brand and the price paid.

Yes, the rooms aren't modern, but they were clean. The bathroom was relatively modern and clean, and there was always hot water. The bed was great, and the noise from outside didn't bother us – after all, it’s New York City. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always with a smile and present at all times. We also had no problems with the elevator, it always arrived immediately. The breakfast was good, the kids loved the fresh waffles, and our older son enjoyed the scrambled eggs and bacon. It’s a shame everything was wrapped in plastic, even the apples. A lot of waste was produced, which we saw in many places around New York – trash, trash, and more trash. A shout-out to the staff in the breakfast room, all very friendly and attentive. We would visit you again! Thx!

My child and I had a lovely time and thanks to the friendliest of staff members mentioned above, it made our first time in New York so much better. The guys during the day, specifically the one with dark hair and glasses is NOT the reason for this 5 star review and that’s all I’ll say about that. Not willing to take away from the ladies who took care of us, the amazing breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Feb 07, 2025 · LexiIt was a good Hotel ! They have a Good Hospitality with clients at all, the waters for free in the room were the best point of courtesy! I spent 5 nights at the hotel in January 2025 ! All was great, but on the reception an employee “ JOSE” was so rude with me and my husband. I wait you can do something with this person, he needs to learn how to treat clients.
