This hotel was fine. Service was welcoming. Room was great and bed was great. (I would feel like a creep leaving a bad review for a hotel I got for free with Hyatt points and a free breakfast to boot. I don't know Hyatt does it.) My only drawback, which had nothing to do with the hotel and more to do with DC, is that I returned back to the hotel late after an opera and the area is dead, no one on the streets, but this is most of DC anyway, I have found.

Mar 09, 2025 · Violetta ValeryI am very satisfied with the room and the location of the hotel. The only problem is that there is only one valet worker. It takes 30 minutes to get your car in and out during busy times. The pool in the basement is very cold and the towels are not set up well. I had to go up twice to ask for towels.
Apr 15, 2025 · Y to the JLocation is pretty good. Most places to visit are accessible with about 15 to 20 minutes walk, that way you can skip the bus and taxi altogether or just do Uber for far places like supreme Court and library of Congress. However, parking is pretty pricey, about 120 USD for 3 full days depending on hours and day in the week. Lot of eateries close by and paid breakfast buffet is also pretty decent.
Jun 03, 2025 · Jitin VishwakarmaFirst off I have stayed a several Hyatt hotels. If you are going to the breakfast get there early. I arrived for breakfast 30 minutes before it ended. They were out of more than half of the items. no bread except for gluten free, no bacon, no French toast, they had cereal but no milk. If you are serving breakfast to 10am you should have it available until 10. Also know the AC units in the rooms are extremely loud.
Apr 17, 2025 · Topher MorrisHotel was great. Housekeeping was great. Upon check in, Woyke helped me out a great deal checking me in. Housekeeping was quick to service. The valet was VERY slow. Having 1 person man that area is not enough. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again.
