Before booking, we called and spoke to Thomas who answered a lot of our questions. He was very courteous and patient over the phone. Too bad we didn’t get to meet him in person. The main lobby and hallways were filled with beautiful local art for sale. The room was clean and fit our needs for a family of 4. The breakfast was filled with a variety of options that were fresh and tasty. My favorite was the organic vanilla yogurt with granola. We came back to the hotel around dinner time on Saturday and there was live music in the bar full of guests enjoying the music while eating. This place exceeded our expectations. I would say we would love to come back, but we just bought a house during this trip! Thank you for the great hospitality.

Mar 22, 2025 · Sharyn RachevI stayed at the Evergreen for the first time on April 2nd and I was very pleased. I had an inside room which I know can make a difference to people. The traffic was a bit annoying during the night but certainly not a deal breaker. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything is updated. The most important thing to me about a hotel is that it is clean--and the Evergreen did not disappoint! Unlike other Augusta hotels I've stayed at over the past few years, I felt extremely comfortable here and trusted the bedding, the carpet, and the bathroom. It was nice to relax in a hotel room and not feel icky. Will return!
Apr 06, 2025 · Kerrie LattariAMAZING overnight stay! My husband and I travel around the country as professional movers. A few times a month we reserve rooms for our labor. This was by far the BEST accommodation to date. As soon as you walk through the front doors you’re greeted by this well dressed man with a HUGE, welcoming smile. That gentleman is Thomas and EVERY hotel needs one!!! Very informative, answering questions, just extremely helpful, happy and accommodating. Thank you for the great stay!
Jan 03, 2025 · John & Marcia ArpinIt’s nice but it’s not great. Weird that you have this “boutique” hotel but once you get off the elevator you have to go outside to get into your room; which made me not want to go down for breakfast in the morning in the cold. TV wasn’t working but the person at the desk came up and fixed it. Bathroom was so small - you can wash your feet while sitting on the toilet. Very noisy outside from cars/trucks all throughout the night. Room shook when neighbors were going in and out. I’d rather pay more for a better hotel.
Mar 08, 2025 · Dana KedzioraThis is the best place to stay in Augusta. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The staff is incredible and eager to help. Check out the bar/restaurant downstairs, you won't be disappointed.
