Loved this hotel. Location is a two minute walk from TD Garden. Rooms were a nice size. Really quiet for as busy as it was. I don't think I heard a door shut (other than my own) the entire time I was there. Laminate flooring. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Valet parking. Restaurant on site. Nice decor. ... I think the fireplaces should have an electric fireplace insert instead of a board. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend or stay here again.

Apr 22, 2025 · E SpmgcIt was a really nice hotel. Super cute. I like the whole vibe. My only issues were that the automatic light turned off in the middle of my shower. And the lights in the bathroom are really dark so it was hard to do like makeup and stuff. But otherwise it was overall and enjoyable experience and a good day. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend it to someone
Apr 16, 2025 · Dora OkelloI had a deeply concerning experience during my recent stay at the Boston Hilton (April 18–19). Upon entering my room, I discovered the fire alarm covered with a plastic bag. I took a photo immediately and reported it to the front desk. I was told it was because the alarm was “too sensitive” and a technician would need to adjust it. Later that evening, feeling unsafe, I asked to be moved to another room. The front desk said a move would only be possible if I paid for an upgrade. Thankfully, Hilton Honors customer care was much more understanding and arranged a room change for me without issue. The following morning, I was shocked when the on-duty manager accused me of covering the alarm myself and smoking in the room — a completely false, upsetting, and unprofessional accusation. Despite my efforts to document and report the issue, management has been dismissive and unresponsive. As a loyal Hilton guest with future stays already booked, including my honeymoon, this experience has severely shaken my trust in the brand. I’ve reached out multiple times for a resolution and finally 10 days later received a refund. I hope Hilton addresses this matter seriously and ensures no other guest is put in this position.
Apr 28, 2025 · Sara OuelletteAn excellent choice for travelers to Boston. Located within easy walking distance of the TD Garden, restaurants, the Boston Markets, and the T, it also offers some of the best service I have enjoyed at the Hilton hotel chain. Jeffery in the bar was especially delightful, with friendly conversation and recommendations. There were extremely minor complaints of limited coffee and a non-working telephone in the rooms, but it was an otherwise perfect stay. Would stay again.
May 01, 2025 · A GI had a pretty bad experience. The linens/duvet were stinking. I asked the front desk to change it but they never did. In the end i had to change the duvet and sheets at night myself because they don’t have any house keeping at night. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! I paid $300/night and it was not worth it. It is barely a 3 star and probably worth half the price. The rooms are pretty small too with no desk area if you are coming for a work trip. The Valet service and guys are great tho.
