I'm so happy I chose this hotel. I fell in love with its decor and room design. Our room had a king-size bed, and although it wasn't very large, they knew how to lay out the space very well. It has an excellent location, it's in the basketball stadium building, great view, it has a bar in the lobby, there's a train station there, and there are many restaurants nearby. What I loved most was the staff's service, they were very hospitality and friendly. 100% recommended!

Apr 30, 2025 · Camila RamosEnjoyed the technology in the room. Pretty much everything in the room is controlled by a tablet. The ability to set the ambience with mood lighting and sounds was a cool feature. Although you can only enter and exit the bed on one side, it was a comfortable sleep. Bathroom is tight, one person at a time. The lobby and check-in area are great for relaxing. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and ready to assist. Additionally, it is located next to a food hall, public transportation and best of all TD Garden.
Apr 26, 2025 · Skylar HerdJack at the front desk was truly the highlight of my stay. From the moment I arrived, his friendly demeanor and effortless professionalism made us feel welcome and cared for. He handled every question with patience and charm, always going the extra mile without ever making it feel like a chore. Whether it was assisting me in room accommodations , recommending hidden gems around town, or just checking in with a smile, Jack brought a level of hospitality that felt sincere and personal. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people — and it shows. Give that man a raise!
May 06, 2025 · Lilly HaMy wife and I decided to visit Boston for the first time. She booked the flight and hotel and we ended up coming here. This is NOT your typical hotel experience. There is something very different about this place... and we LOVED it. From the entryway to the check-in experience to the room. At first we thought the room was small, but it was actually the perfect size for just us two. You really don't need anything. They thought of everything. Once we got settled, we went down to the hotel bar. We travel fairly often, but I can tell you, I have never had such a great experience with hotel bar staff in my life. Everyone was personable, funny, and knowledgeable. Our bartender, Andrew was second to none. He knew what we would like, from drinks to food and he DID NOT MISS. He was behind the bar with two young ladies, Celeste and Sophia. They were on top of everything. Attentive, funny, great personalities, what an experience. Even the security guard on duty, Chad, had a great attitude. This crew worked amazing together. In the morning, we had the breakfast buffet. I'm a foodie, so I love to eat. This buffet was up there with some of the best buffets I have ever had. There was a gentleman overseeing the breakfast by the name of Dennis. He was another one with a great attitude, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't know where the hotel found these people, but the hiring manager must know exactly what they are doing. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. We plan to come back specifically to stay here again, and now I want to look for this hotel in any city I visit, just because of the unforgettable time we had staying here. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
Mar 16, 2025 · Nicholas MelendezMy husband booked us here in January when the rates were quite low. This Place is really terrific. A fun spin on so many things. Fun & unusual decor. Awesome staff. Good food. Right in the North Station complex. Unusual very practical, minimalist guest rooms with magnificent window views of Boston. Very amusing & enjoyable decor and 'spirit' I would recommend extremely highly a stay here.Even a 'take & leave' unusually varied library of all kinds of reading. Really one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Only thing to keep in mind is that 'in season ' it is quite expensive. If that's not an issue I recommend it completely
