I was literally snapped at because their faulty plumbing spilled nasty urine and feces water all in to the bathroom of the room we were staying in. I was told I “would have to wait for maintenance”! I don’t think so! And I was treated terribly when I went to the front office to demand another room. No apology, no eye contact, no “sorry for your inconvenience”. What happened to good ole American customer service? You definitely won’t find it at this place!

Upon walking into the dark room, I was like, at least it doesn't smell. When we turned the lights on, the first thing we noticed was that the cover to the ac unit was leaning on the wall. The dirty floor can be felt thru our shoes. The bathroom didn't appear to be clean. There were long hairs in the tub and on the toilet sit. There were long hairs in/on the beds, on the floor, and the counters. The fridge/freezer was not clean. We had checked in really late due to our flight had been delayed 2 hours. The check-in was quick and easy.

WARNING! Do not stay here! We checked in, and not even 5 minutes later requested a different room. The door bolt did not lock, and the bathroom was disgusting! Upon entering the second room we found that the toilet was broken, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling patched with what looked like paper towel, there were cigarette burns on the bedsheets, and very apparent stains of bodily fluid on the sheets. When asking for a refund, they still charged for one night when we hadn’t even been there a total of 15 minutes. Travelers be wary, this place is a DUMP!

Good price and lots of parking I only stayed here because it was close to the restaurant of Sam’s two buildings down they need to add tissue and clean the area out The best soooocomfy pillows are great floor is nice hard wood

This is not a good place to stay the rooms are not clean and the housekeeping does not come around as frequently as you would like. I was in the room and began to smell something terrible so I started looking around. I looked under the bed and there was fecal matter on the floor I could not believe it. I went to the front desk and told the guy and he said that he would have housekeeping to clean the room. I left and came back about an hour after and they still had not come by. I was there when they knocked and they entered the room and asked what the issue was. I directed him to look beneath the bed and he said he didn't see anything so I asked if he smelled anything. He replied no so I turned on the flashlight on my phone and pointed it out to him. They cleaned it up and sprayed some disinfectant spray under the bed but I was very thrown off by the entire ordeal. I can't necessarily blame them for it being there but I'm confused as to how they missed it and wondering how long it had been there
