The hotel is very outdated. There are no amenities on this property. The pictures are all very inaccurate in their depiction of an up scale resort. There is two pools only one open. No hot tub. No fire pit as described no restaurant or bar. You have to request anything three or four times. Do yourself a favor and find a better choice. This is not good

Jun 08, 2025 · claude kruttlinShould’ve checked the reviews before we booked… shower alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold every 30 seconds. Front desk was kind so we expected better… Bathroom had hair from previous guest. We killed 5 bugs in our room. Okay location to local strip is the best we can say about it.
Jun 08, 2025 · Rebekah HedgesThis place is old. Looks clean. After having 3 different sets of key cards made for our room, the door would not open. Locks very old. We were given another room and the musty smell was so strong it burned my eyes. Now on to room 3. Trouble with the lock, and room was musty smelling. I would not recommend this place.
May 14, 2025 · Douglas DupuieDon’t let the cute entrance with lights fool you! Checked in today and I’m so disappointed. The room is very moldy/musky smelling, I hope I can sleep. Very outdated and just feels nasty. BEWARE! They charge $150 pet fee for cleaning!!!!! I had no idea it would be that expensive.. What cleaning? We have a 8 lb dog that is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed. She sleeps in her crate. This is ridiculous! I’ve never been charged this much from a pet friendly hotel. While me and my husband walked down the parkway,, we noticed so many other better places we could have stayed at. I know this hotel is on the cheaper end, but for $200 per night, I expected better.
May 24, 2025 · Oklahoma GirlPeople working there were very kind and wonderful, especially Donna at the front desk she was a delight to chat with! When we needed anything staff was prompted. Location is great. Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of TLC. We were in room 7582 and the bottom of the bathroom door was coming apart. A small child could get a splinter. The bathroom tub was clogged, which I meant to alert staff but forgot, fitted sheets were inside out and bed was sloppy. Outside balcony had a step stool for a table. The room needes over all re vamp and upgrade. Bed skirts were dirty as well. Grab and go breakfast is alright but IMO its just standard for a hotel to provide more than that especially if you're charging $100+ a night. Our room was in the atrium building. Lots of cob Webb's and dusty. The whole place would benefit from a deep clean including rooms. We would return but only when hotel has added breakfast and revamped the rooms
