Look, this place is cheap and the location is prime! The walls are paper thin, the place is as old as the hills and the bathrooms are absolutely god awful. BUT! The beds are crazy comfortable, the views are fantastic for the price, the coffee shop downstairs is pretty dang good, and did I mention the price is great for what you get. All, in all, this place is a good deal! Just bring your ear plugs, keep an open mind, and enjoy!

This address places it directly adjacent to the iconic San Antonio Riverwalk, meaning guests can step out of the hotel and immediately find themselves amidst the bustling walkways, charming bridges, and diverse dining and entertainment options that line the river. For locals and visitors alike, this prime positioning translates to unparalleled convenience for sightseeing. Jun 19, 2025 · ariana ybarraStaff - great, clean rooms, they updated but still needed updating, halls, doors made me leary, and I apologized to my granddaughter because I thought it was going to be more upscale. The breakfast was not included (i thought it was), and it was $200. 00 deposit plus $40.00 per day for parking. They only offer valet unless you want to park in a near by paid parking lot or on the street. All the staff were very nice, the beds were comfy. But I will not stay there again. Breakfast was a little pricey.
Jun 14, 2025 · Jesse BurnettAbsolutely no complaints about this hotel. Rooms: Spacious, clean, still up to date. Refrigerator and AC were both cold. Good bed mattresses, but horrible pillows. Facilities: Clean and well kept. There is a pool in the hotel, but we did not use it. Service: Great service from check-in to check-out. Parking: You are better off parking your vehicle at the lot besides the hotel. Hotel Valet parking is too expensive. Location: Excellent location (IMO). It is a block away from the busiest part of the River Walk, so you will not have to worry about having hundreds or thousands of people outside your hotel if you want to rest after a day in the city. Price: Great value for all of the things listed above. On our next San Antonio visit, we will definitely stay here again.
Mar 20, 2025 · Wai01I wanted to like this place but it was truly a mess. Most of the support staff were sitting on their phones while we waited for our room to be ready in the lobby. There was no sense of professionalism. They took a $200.00 deposit out without warning before we even checked into the property. I expect a deposit but they don’t disclose that ahead of time. The person who checked us in was rude and kept interrupting when I was trying to explain I had already paid for the room. It was advertised as a river view room but the view is of an empty concrete lot. The bed fell apart with my mom sleeping in it and they were horribly uncomfortable. I wish this review would allow me to post photos because I have so many! The walls were paper thin and we could hear absolutely everything happening. The windows are single pane so you can really hear outside noise as well The ceilings in the rooms looked moldy and were stained and very dirty. The shower in the room did not drain while in use and the pool looked nothing like the photos. It was overall dirty. Just be aware of what you are getting yourself into.
Jun 09, 2025 · Brette TennisonWASTE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE AT A BETTER HOTEL!! Horrible beds, showers, rooms and service! I ALWAYS have my do not disturb sign on the moment I get in to room, I never want anyone in my room during my stay, and even with the do not disturb sign on they still went in anyways to clean and noticed a missing $20. Honestly for a 2 night stay you can spend $600 else where that’s way better:
