Very easy to do everything from your phone like check-in/out, order a cleaning, use your phone as a key etc… The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are good places to store luggage and if the lockers are all taken they will store your luggage for you. There is a closet with extra supplies in case you run out by the main desk. The room we stayed in (Queen studio) was quite small but reasonable with the price. The room was clean and has a fridge (no freezer part and no microwave). Overall, it was a good experience and super convenient. I would stay here again!

Room was nice although the half open shower gets old. Although water pressure was great and the water never strayed from hot. Bed was comfy. It was a nice cozy NYC room
Feb 14, 2025 · Turbo 4G63This hotel is very basic in how it is setup and functions. There was no one at the desk at check-in and the whole stay revolves around the hotel requiring no staff. The rooms are not cleaned at all during your stay. The air-conditioning didn't work properly. So even though I set the temperature to 20C, it never dropped below 24C. The communal area was under construction. The only redeeming feature is its location.

I did hear some people rooms were really small but ours was great! The staff were SO friendly! And there was a code to get in the front door so you felt very safe. Location was perfect and close to everything including the best shopping in Soho! I would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend! Until next time NYC!
