I had a pretty good stay overall. The location was a bit wild—definitely not what I expected when I first pulled up—but once inside, the hotel was surprisingly nice. The interior was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy feel. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were solid for the price. Honestly, the contrast between the outside and inside was night and day. If you can get past the surroundings, it’s a great spot to stay. Would definitely consider coming back.

Jun 09, 2025 · ThreeKids OneNetThey couldn't accommodate the early check in we requested. I was hoping for a easy area to pull in for valet and there was no spots open. We had to find a parking garage. I accidentally left one of my items behind. I notified the hotel that night and it is gone. Just really sad that people steal stuff. Floor had previous peoples trash on it and needed a good vacuum. Hotel bed was nice and comfy though.
May 05, 2025 · Caitlin Flanagan-JonesOverall, it's a nice property. A few things you should know: keep an eye out for homeless asking for money. You can't charge items from the Marketplace to your room. You can't pay cash for Marketplace items because there is no change. You must pay separately with a credit card. The valet must be paid separately from the hotel bill via an app. Upon checkout, I learned my bill was not emailed because they wait for housekeeping to clean the room first to see if they have to add additional charges. My problem is that I prepaid the room and still have $100 hold for incidentals. Anyway, the rooms are nice and clean. The manager, Wilamenia, was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. It's a nice deal. Just remember to bring snacks.
Jun 07, 2025 · Nakeya SmithStayed for work. Rooms were nice, though a little dark. Continental breakfast was fine, but exactly the same for four mornings in a row. The lower service rating is because I asked for a receipt upon checking out and was told that they don't do paper receipts anymore, only email, and that they arrived on the morning of check out. I didn't get a receipt via email until a few days later after calling the front desk three times. I would happily stay here again, especially because the location is convenient, and the stay was fine, but I would make sure I had my receipt before I left in the morning.
Apr 08, 2025 · Joshua TaylorWe had a really nice one night stay here. Towanda and Jean at the breakfast stations were so sweet and friendly! Breakfast was also really yummy!! The only complaint I had was our room was on the first floor right behind the front desk and it was sooooo noisy. We finally laid down to go to bed at 1130pm and we could hear every conversation in the lobby and on the sidewalk. Other than that, our experience was great! I’d recommend staying here, just make sure to get a different room than ours (102). 😂
