DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I was there last night and the sheets were dirty so I tried calling the front desk but no answer. I then walked back to the front desk to let the employee know and she said that the lady just cleaned the room and will meet at the room. I met the maintenance lady at the room, showed her the stains and she began to yell at me stating it’s not her fault and that I need to speak with the owner. She’s tried telling them that the sheets still have spots on them and they will not buy new sheets. She also told me that they don’t always change the first sheet that covers the mattress. Absolutely unbelievable! Never again! Spend a little more money and stay at a clean motel where you don’t have to worry about catching something if you stay there. Swan Motel should be ashamed of themselves.

NEVER AGAIN! From the moment we arrived, this stay was a disaster. Within two minutes of using the bathroom (just for a quick #1!), the toilet overflowed. I immediately called the front desk at 2 PM for assistance—no one ever came. We left for an event and returned at 7 PM to find that still, no one had addressed it. When I went to the lobby to follow up, since no handyman was on staff, they handed me a plunger—seriously? Fine, I’ll do it myself. Then, the next morning, hoping to take a hot shower, there was no hot water. When I asked the front desk, they told me to "wait for the water heater to warm up." Excuse me? We were sleeping all night, and no one used the water—why wasn’t there any to begin with? The response? "There’s nothing I can do, I'm not a plumber." Apparently, the staff isn’t trained to handle basic issues, and no one works on Sundays. The level of indifference was shocking. No solutions, no attempt to help, just "not our problem" attitude. At that point, I wasn’t about to waste another night here. I immediately booked another hotel because I refuse to throw more money down the drain (pun intended). If you're looking for a place where you'll have to fix your own toilet and pray for hot water, then by all means, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle and stay anywhere else.

Me and my partner wanted to find a hotel near us because we wanted to get rest . They had a beautiful tub . Nice small room , for me and my partner . Free parking on premices. A bit pricey For one night . It was 135 I believe plus a deposit to put down in cash . Overall very comfortable and was able to sleep very nice and be extremely relaxed because of the tub .

I ve Stayed here Plenty of Times with my little boy and we both Really Love it here I get the suites it's feels like home and I really recommend everyone to come instead of those nasty other places I can name a few I stayed we always end up back at the swan I Love being at the swan and so does my little boy that's all he keeps saying he wants to go back to the swan clean Housekeeping everyday fresh air clean beautiful I highly recommend to come here No where else the way I've experienced other places is A No I highly recommend to come to the swan you will Love it

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed to extend my room and they did it with no problem. The night clerk was very helpful she gave me some great advice. She also made sure she gave me a room that she could keep a eye on me and make sure I was safe. My room was clean and comfortable.
