The Hotel at Fifth Avenue

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service provided by the staff . A special shout-out goes to the tall gentleman at the reception desk the Indian forget his name and the Moroccan gentleman Said whose professionalism and warmth made a significant impact on my experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported. The entire team was friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries I had, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their dedication! The hotel's location is also fantastic—conveniently situated near all the attractions and amenities. It made exploring the area a breeze! Moreover, the housekeeping was impeccable. My room was always clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay at fifth avenues was simply extraordinary, and I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and special in the heart of New York . Thank you once again, I can’t wait to return 🙌🫶

I loved my stay here. The staff were amazing. I stayed an extra night and they gave me a discounted rate to the online booking sites. It is a central location so if you are heading to Broadway or union square it is very walkable. The bed was super comfortable and the lobby was lovely. Would stay here again. Many thanks!

My husband and I stayed over Christmas. We expected the smaller sized rooms given it’s a hotel in the city and considering the price of other hotels with larger rooms- was one of the nicer cheaper options. We stayed for 5 nights. The room was clean and was perfect for travellers like us who don’t spend much time apart from sleeping and showering in our hotel room when on an overseas trip. The room had the option of temperature control which was nice. The location was perfect, close by to most popular touristy places but also not so in the hustle and bustle. Great places to eat close by. Staff were friendly and helped when needed. Good lobby. The wifi was quite slow in our room but the lobby has plenty of seating so we sat down there when needing to use the internet.

We stayed here for a mom’s getaway this past weekend. Four of us shared a room and we had plenty of space and the beds were comfy. The lobby is nice with lounge area and gas fireplace. Front desk person was friendly as were the housekeepers. Morning staff super chipper! The hotel is perfectly located with restaurants, bars, Penn station, Madison square garden, Times Square and theaters all just steps away. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely banger of a deal for the location. The rooms are dated and tiny but clean. When I say tiny I mean it. Service is phenomenal! and they have a place to store your bags even after you check out. Location is prime just a 5 min walk from MSG and the Empire State Building.
