The Mosey claims to be a 4-Star hotel. I did not experience anywhere close to 4-Star service. The staff is unapologetic for their lack of care and customer service, and seemed annoyed at having to address the inevitable issues that arise from their poor website, lack of foresight, and poor policies. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently (within the past 10 years), and very cheaply. This seems to be the main justification for overpricing. If you do have the misfortune of eating at the hotel restaurant, you are supplied with 2 whole ply of transparent toilet paper to attempt to clean yourself with.

The hotel's construction in 2013 means it offers relatively modern infrastructure and facilities. It encompasses 120 rooms across six floors, including a mix of twin and double rooms, and suites. Guest reviews frequently commend the hotel's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff, noting the spacious rooms and convenient parking.

I stayed here while going to a friend’s wedding. Room is big and clean. Lobby is clean and inviting. Value is good $200, part of the room block. Shower is nice with a detachable hose. And there is a mini fridge. I like the area, lots of cute stores near by. Can walk to Glen park to see the waterfall. A really cute comic book and ice cream shop right next door. Staff are super friendly. We ended up staying another night and they gave us the same rate. It was going to rain that day so I asked if we can borrow umbrellas and they do have umbrellas for guests to use which is so nice. Pool is small but still nice to have a pool there and I did go in for a bit. We had breakfast with the other wedding guests in a private room. The eggs, bacon and fruit were all delicious. Would def stay here again if I am in the area

We came in town to visit family and stayed at The Mosey for 5 nights. We loved this hotel. It’s one of the best Hiltons in the city. They are very customer service friendly. Everyone from the front dest to the restaurant employees and housekeeping were very nice and professional. Anything we needed they brought to the room right away. A few days I was out of the hotel around 7:30am and would see housekeeping already cleaning. The room we stayed in was very nice. 2 king bed that were super comfortable. The pillows felt like a dream. I wished I could take them home. They are better than my sleep number pillows! The hotel was very clean and always smelled fresh. One inconvenience was that they don’t have a liquor license so the bar was not open. I’m not sure when they will get it back. They have plenty of parking and the location is great. Your right near the highway and can get anywhere in about 15 mins. I’d definitely recommend staying here. We will continue to use this location anytime we visit.
