The location was really great, right across the street from a gas station and next to a little market. It was also a quick walk to some really delicious restaurants. The rooms were alright, not anything special that would blow you away but each had a sliding glass door to a small patio (both first and second floor had this). The pool was nice and still warm even though it was chilly outside. The hot tub was very hot and a friendly staff member showed me how to turn on the jets but the lights would not work for some reason. All in all it's a reasonable place to use as a home base while you explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Good place to stay for those traveling with pets! Lots of outdoor room to roam. Some of the rooms badly need updating, and in winter there are chronic problems with ice on the parking areas and sidewalks. I'm deducting a star from my previous review due to some maintenance issues encountered on my current stay; burned out light bulbs, missing kitchen items, trash on the balcony. Nothing major, but room for improvement. Overall, it's a great location at a modest price, so I can't complain too much.

The website totally false advertises their rooms. We paid $215 for 1 night- walked in to a room that looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80s. Room smelled musty and was old and worn. The "private patio" we thought we could enjoy was a concrete slab with no chairs and no working outdoor light. The bathroom floor was sticky and when we went to make coffee this morning in the rooms coffee maker we opened it to find a nice moldy surprise. Someone must have brewed coffee who knows how long ago and it was never checked or cleaned since. The bed was as hard as a rock. I am usually not one to complain about things but this was awful. We will definitely not be going back

The room itself was nice and it was convenient/affordable, but there were a few issues. The fan and the tub jets in the bathroom didn't work, the path to our building was unpaved and unlit, and there usually wasn't breakfast. There was a hiking path behind the property but it was unusable past the second trail marker. It would be great if it's well-maintained during ski season and the repairs we saw a sign about go well.

To call this place a resort is quite an overstatement. They advertise a spa but where is it? Don't expect the front desk to tell you anything about the hotel when you check in because they'll greet you with the enthusiasm of a brick. The staff is in desperate need of some hospitality lessons. Clearly this place is a renovated motel and I can appreciate that but the new furniture and decor is all for nothing if your guests are sleeping on old worn out, terrible mattresses. There are certain amenities you'd expect from a "resort" that you won't find here like a restaurant or a bar. The rooms meet a minimum standard for cleanliness but there is much room for improvement. The carpet had many obvious stains. And the room reeked of sanitizer spray. We had some missing light bulbs and some mystery light switches that apparently did nothing. The bathroom was clean, but had no hand soap! Over all it's not the worst hotel I've stayed in but they definitely over-promise and under-deliver when it comes to quality and service. On top of everything, the free Wi-Fi didn't work.
