I liked this hotel. It was fine... good... but it was just off a bit. It feels like the lobby decor would have hit better in the 2010's. Everything just feels a bit tired: the room's carpet has a stain here and there; The bathroom metal/chrome is showing quite a bit of rust; the wood furniture is beginning to show wear and tear; Everything has a sort of musty smell that is being masked by pumped out hotel scents. There are serious good parts: The staff were wonderful; the location is really convenient to just about everything; the price was really affordable.

May 29, 2025 · Kathryn RobertsonCanal street runs perpendicular to both Royal and Bourbon street which made exploring the French Quarter a breeze from this location. We enjoyed grabbing Ruby's for breakfast which is literally next door. The foyer is breathtaking with vaulted ceilings and beautiful decor. The Burgundy Bar was a great place to unwind for the night as we admired the three beautiful chandeliers in the bar. Seriously, so many chandeliers. We felt safe with the door locking after 9 pm, and staff were so sweet to greet us every time we walked in. Our room was everything we needed it to be: clean, cozy, and comfortable. Could not have enjoyed our stay more!
Mar 27, 2025 · McKenzie WThis was my first time staying here and I must say it was an awesome experience! Room 620 with the great view of the streets! Customer service! The bar and bartender Neville put the icing on the cake! Perfect drinks for a good night! Thank you to The Saint for the great hospitality and Service!
May 10, 2025 · Monica RivasWe had a good experience at this hotel during our stay. The customer service exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff was super helpful with recommendations and even sent up a birthday surprise to my sister when they found out it was her birthday. I rated the rooms a three because they’re a little tight and the desk chair sort of blocked the walkway. The bathrooms also need a bit of maintenance. The front desk person that checked us in thanked me for being a gold member and then said our rooms were suits. I didn’t deserve a suite and so I thought we got a pleasant upgrade. It was a bit disappointing to get to the room and realize it was the standard room. I didn’t make a big deal out of it because obviously we didn’t deserve suits, but it did create a sense of anticipation and then disappointment that was unnecessary. We liked how close it is to Bourbon Street, but the marketing photos are a little misleading. I was lead to believe the hotel had balcony rooms overlooking Bourbon Street, but it did not. Nevertheless it was still close to everywhere we needed to be. Lastly we had breakfast at the hotel. If you choose breakfast at the hotel, I recommend that you keep it simple to fruit or the yogurt parfait.
Apr 09, 2025 · Tia MooreGreat location! Great rooms! But it’s designed to be dark in the hallways and in reception area… Breakfast wait staff was outstanding… reception folks were okay… wish they were a little more enthusiastic in greetings … would I stay here again… probably…
