Stayed here for a week. Saved money by paying in advance so they went ahead and charged my card for the full amount at time of booking. Flight got in early so they checked in my bags at no cost. Check in went smoothly, staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean, well furnished, quiet and especially spacious compared to many other hotel options within Manhattan. Room was a great value for center city. Paid about $1500 for seven days. The lobby was nice, location is real perfection, a couple blocks from grand central station. One elevator was broken down for like 12 hours but they got it fixed by the next morning, and they still had another elevator operational the whole time. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. Highly recommend, would stay again, particularly for the price. Great spot.

Looking for a well-located hotel with spacious rooms in New York City? Tuscany by LuxUrban, situated at 120 E 39th St in the Murray Hill neighborhood, is part of the 'Hotels Near Of Me' category and offers a potentially good value for local users seeking accommodation near Grand Central Station.

Guests have praised the hotel for its real perfection of location, being just a couple of blocks from Grand Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city. One guest who stayed for a week found it to be a great spot.

A significant advantage highlighted in reviews is the size of the rooms, which are described as big and especially spacious compared to many other hotel options within Manhattan. Guests also found the rooms to be clean and well-furnished. The beds and mattresses are noted as comfortable.

The staff at Tuscany by LuxUrban are generally regarded as courteous and helpful. One guest specifically mentioned every staff member they encountered as wonderful. The hotel also offers services such as free luggage storage for early arrivals. Paying in advance may offer savings, as one guest mentioned doing so and being charged the full amount at booking.

However, some minor considerations were noted by guests. The rooms do not come equipped with coffee or tea makers. Additionally, one guest experienced an initial shortage of towels in a room booked for four people, and it took a while for extra towels to be delivered. Another reported that their room heat was not working and was provided with a portable heater as a solution. While one elevator was out of service for about half a day, another remained operational.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall sentiment in the reviews suggests a positive experience, particularly for the price paid. One guest spent approximately $1500 for a seven-day stay and highly recommended the hotel, stating they would stay again, especially for the value. The friendly electrical maintenance staff was also mentioned positively by one reviewer.

The provided reviews do not contain information about specific promotional offers beyond the potential savings for paying in advance. For direct bookings or inquiries about potential promotions, you can contact Tuscany by LuxUrban at (212) 596-7540 or +1 212-596-7540. For the most up-to-date information on offers, it is recommended to check the hotel's official website or your preferred booking platform. Tuscany by LuxUrban offers a conveniently located stay with spacious rooms and friendly staff, but potential guests should be aware of the lack of in-room coffee/tea makers and the possibility of minor issues like towel shortages or the need for portable heating in some rooms.

Pros: • Convenient location near Grand Station. • Big and clean rooms. • Friendly electrical maintenance staff. • Comfortable bed and mattress. Cons: • No coffee / tea makers • Not prepared enough towels for 4. Only 2 when we checked in. They took forever to bring towels to us. • My room heat didn't work, so they gave us the portable heat.

Great location and large rooms. As many have previously reported, there are very few amenities, but it is such a great value! You will find no cups, very few toiletries, BUT the rooms are clean, there are plenty of towels and you are very close to Grand Central Station and the neighborhood abounds with pubs and restaurants. Probably the best value in New York. Definitely worth a shot and I will be staying here when I return.

The Tuscany Hotel is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we checked in, the experience was a disaster. Our room was filthy, with tiles falling off the bathroom walls and strange noises coming from the plumbing. To make matters worse, there was no room service, and their phone lines were out of service. I had to personally alert them about this after multiple failed attempts to call the front desk. Even basic amenities like soap and shampoo were unavailable. Despite notifying the staff repeatedly—three times, to be exact—it took multiple trips to the lobby before we finally received them. Housekeeping was virtually nonexistent, barely cleaning the room or restocking essentials. The customer service was atrocious, and the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance is concerning. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still operational. This hotel should be shut down. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—avoid at all costs!

Easy check in process, friendly staff, the size of the room was incredible for a New York hotel for the price we paid. We usually try to stay in a different hotel every trip but think we may have found of new hotel every trip.
