Murray Hill East Suites

I stayed at Murray Hill East Suites for three months and had an excellent experience. The room was ideal for a long-term stay, equipped with everything I needed, including a small kitchen that made my time there convenient and comfortable. The weekly cleaning service was outstanding—consistent, thorough, and a great touch. The management and staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The location is another major advantage. It’s close to Grand Central Station and several bus stops, making transportation easy. For me, it was particularly convenient since it was just a 10-minute walk to the United Nations, where I was working. Additionally, the neighborhood has everything you could need, including a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and a CVS that operates 24/7. Another important amenity was the on-site laundry room, which made managing my longer stay so much easier. I also appreciated the building’s 24-hour doorman service, which made it feel very secure and added to the convenience of living there. Overall, I highly recommend Murray Hill East Suites for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed place to stay in New York City, whether for a short-term or long-term stay.

I stayed for 2 months and it was great! Location is nice and quiet. Near all the popular tourist area to walk or take subway from close by. Staff members were all nice and very responsive. You can rely if something goes wrong. Equip with full kitchen with grocery store a block away. Gym inside the building as well. Def would want to stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was close to great food and felt safe. The rooms were a bit dated but served their purpose. Beds were comfortable and curtains were nice and dark. Only problem was that there was no window you could crack open in the kitchen and no vent for the smoke from the stove top. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the 6 weeks.

A comfortable, safe, convenient and great value for money hotel. Midtown location is very central to get around Manhattan. The rooms are spacious and not cramped, I personally appreciated the mini kitchenette to be able to cook when needed, access to building laundry machines ($3 per cycle, coin operated) and free weekly cleaning service. Having a 24x7 front desk with kind and helpful staff was great. It was super easy to have packages delivered and safely received by the front desk. Extended my stay by a week and will gladly stay here again 🙂

They are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel safe and at home. A special mention to Stanley and Ray, who go the extra mile by offering to help with the best tie knots when needed – a thoughtful gesture that reflects their attention to detail and hospitality. The hotel also provides 24/7 doorman service, adding a layer of security and convenience at all hours. For long-term guests, the washing machines and gym in the basement are invaluable amenities, allowing for easy laundry and fitness routines. Overall, Murray Hill East Suites Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice for anyone looking for a long-term or short-term stay in New York City. With its unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and an outstanding team, this hotel truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended!
