Most of these reviews are very picky. The price of this hotel is great for what you get. The room was clean and was close to transportation and union station. It was a safe area. It’s right next door to a fire station, but never hear it. If you’re sensitive to noise bring a sound machine! All hotels have noise because there are so many people. The parking in the garage is $50 a night. It is a lot, but there are other garages nearby if you want to pay less. There is a daily fee, but all of this is on the website so there’s no point in getting upset and leaving a bad review when it’s stated before booking. If you want free breakfast then make sure you select a room package that includes that. Otherwise there’s a great breakfast place around the block. We had a great stay, we were comfortable, the room was clean, and we had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Jun 06, 2025 · LaurenAfter paying for the hotel and paying all their additional fees, turns out there are way more fees at the end of your stay. With the additional $55 a night for parking and $35 facility fees, it adds up no another $90 a night for your stay. So basically everything that they say comes with the room and hotel actually doesn’t, you are paying for all their “amenities” that come with the room. A hotel that seemed great for the cost became not worth it for the cost. Really wish when I asked about parking/checking-out at the beginning, they would have told me more information. Will definitely check out other options next time I am in the city. *edit* After thinking about it for a moment longer, I needed to add some more and lower the rating. I forgot to mention how you can hear every little noise your neighbor makes. There isn’t a microwave on any of the floors besides the second floor. The staff were rude at the front desk and when asking for a receipt to see any fee I would be charged early on, they made me wait until checking out. I really would like to know what the room fees I paid at the beginning when I purchased the room did, because as I know now the beginning room fees paid for absolutely nothing and then the facility fees at the end pay for their ‘amenities.’ (Amenities as in: coffee, discount codes that we never saw, pool access, rooftop bar access, gym access, WiFi, and more.)
Jun 16, 2025 · BeardedZondoFirst, let me say that the staff were nice folks, this review is mostly of the hotel and facilities. -Tiny rooms, bold is essentially a fold out because when it's flat it covers the whole space. -No stand alone bathroom, just frosted door closets with a shower and another with a toilet. -Nowhere to sit. If you were planning on working at your desk, it's a core training exercise ball. There is a cheap lounger with no armrests on the half of the room you cant access due to bed size. Don't worry, your bed is also a couch! -Bed is made with *no sheet below the duvet* which seems like it should be illegal and is gross. See photo. -Cold box, not a fridge. Can keep things colder not make them cold. -Coffee machine is located by the elevator in each hallway and turns off at 10am, so no hot water access for tea, etc. Plenty of hotels in DC so I'd find another option.. Updated: The management response didn't address why I'm sleeping touching the duvet..👎
May 05, 2025 · Tom RingenbergMy stay there was excellent the view of the street, the convenience of the Uber and taxis. The location was very nice and safe! The staff was exceptional and treated me with respect and they had a great sense of humor. I'm glad I chose your hotel to celebrate my birthday! The restaurant area even brought me cake (with a candle in it) and ice cream 🎂🍧🎊😄
Jun 11, 2025 · Billie Mae Bolden (Billie Bolden)Even though the rooms are high tech with electric bed that elevates the head and light controller that dims or brightens and changes colors, the beds are uncomfortable. The rooms are not worth the amount of money you pay. There were younger kids possibly in there 20s making a lot of noise. Security was informed but seems nothing happened. The staff was friendly but the experience at the hotel was not good. Not just the kids but also the room itself.
