Air bnb accommodation. Clean and very pleasant. Better than a hotel. We cooked dinner several nights, and the kitchen was very functional. Bathrooms are spacious with nice showers and tubs. We had 7 in our group. The host knew this and permitted it, even though their rules clearly state a 6-person limit. It worked out, and all 7 of us agreed we'd be willing to stay here again.
Hey there, fellow Louisianans! That's where places like 710 Baronne St come in. While not a conventional hotel in the usual sense, this location offers an "apartment-hotel" experience, providing fully furnished, spacious units that feel more like a home away from home. This property is known for its renovated apartments, offering a clean and pleasant environment that many guests find superior to a traditional hotel room. Imagine having a full kitchen to whip up your favorite meals, spacious bathrooms for unwinding, and ample living areas for your group to gather. It’s perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the local lifestyle, enjoy extended stays, or simply appreciate the convenience of apartment-style living while still benefiting from some hotel-like services. It caters particularly well to groups, ensuring everyone has enough room to relax after a day exploring our unique city.
The apartment hotel at 710 Baronne St is perfectly situated in New Orleans' trendy Warehouse District. This desirable neighborhood is renowned for its innovative transformation of historic brick warehouses into some of the city's finest restaurants, sleek coffee shops, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant art galleries. For us locals driving in from other parts of Louisiana, its location offers relatively straightforward access from major interstate highways, particularly Interstate 10.
One of the major conveniences of this location is its incredible walkability. You're just a short stroll from some of New Orleans' most significant attractions. The historic French Quarter, with its iconic Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, and a plethora of unique shops and eateries, is less than a 10-minute walk away. For history buffs, the renowned National WWII Museum is also within easy walking distance, as is the Contemporary Arts Center. Sports and entertainment enthusiasts will appreciate that both the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center are just a short drive or comfortable walk from the property.
Accessibility extends beyond just walking. Public transportation is readily available, with the nearest New Orleans streetcar line just one block away, offering a charming and efficient way to explore different neighborhoods like the Garden District or Mid-City. For everyday needs, there's a Rouses Market grocery store and a CVS pharmacy located directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient to stock your kitchen and grab essentials during your stay. While the property does not include off-street parking, there is ample metered on-street parking in the immediate area, and several off-street lots and covered parking garages (such as the 412 O'Keefe Garage) are within a short walk. For airport transfers, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is approximately a 20-minute drive, with ride-share services like Uber and Lyft readily available and affordable.
As an apartment hotel, 710 Baronne St blends the privacy and functionality of a private residence with certain amenities and services you'd expect from a hospitality establishment.
The apartment hotel at 710 Baronne St offers several distinct features and highlights that make it a compelling choice, especially for those seeking more than a standard hotel room.
While 710 Baronne St operates more like a short-term rental property or apartment hotel rather than a chain hotel with standard loyalty programs, promotions and special offers are often available, especially when booking directly or through certain platforms.
Because these are privately managed units (e.g., by Stay Heirloom), specific discounts may include seasonal rates, longer-stay discounts, or occasional last-minute deals. It is always best to check their official website (710baronne.com) or inquire directly by phone about any current promotions. Booking platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com may also feature various discounts or bundle deals for stays at this location. Given the flexibility for groups, sometimes negotiating a rate for a larger party directly can also yield benefits. Always clarify cancellation policies and booking requirements, as these properties may have different terms than a conventional hotel. For instance, there is typically a minimum age requirement for booking (often 21 years or older) and a guest verification process may be required.

Jan 02, 2023 · Norm LeonardRenovated apartments are fine, but the door entry system is cheap and several of us were locked out for hours at a time due to a broken 2 button. If you're going to buy a front door pin code system, don't buy trash. You will be locked out. Front door staff unhelpful, staring at us while trying to pry our way into a building we paid to be at.
Apr 02, 2023 · Jeff LoiselleMy Fiancé and I stayed opening weekend, this property is in a premier location within walking distance of a grocery store and some local restaurants. Check in was simple; the condo was tasteful decorated and loaded with amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.
Apr 27, 2022 · Billy FuzetteHotel was overall great and loved the location but the WiFi was terrible, we contacted them to have someone look at it and they gave us a second wifi and password which also didn't work. They told us someone would come look at it and when we asked them to come they said there was an outage in the whole building...which was a lie because one of the three tvs worked in the room. The wifi never worked consistently the whole visit.
