Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, and the free breakfasts, dinners, and drinks were fantastic for a single mom traveling with kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool nightly and the location was very convenient to the streetcar, busses, and even walking to the French Quarter. I would absolutely stay here again. I travel often, and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere in the U.S. Highly recommend!

Jun 18, 2025 · Buford HartI recently stayed at this hotel after a late flight and was extremely pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was quick and seamless. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making everything so easy. They even gave us a helpful heads-up that the bar and food would stay open for 30 more minutes, allowing us to grab a quick bite and drink before heading to the room. The elevators were a breeze—no waits, and they moved quickly. Once in the room, I was impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. It was clear that the other guests were enjoying their stay too, as we could hear people chatting and having a good time, which made me feel even more at ease. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. The staff worked hard to keep the food stocked and fresh, and they were so friendly, even taking the time to interact with our baby, making her smile. The entire experience was incredibly pleasant. I would rate my stay a 10/10 without a doubt! We only stayed here to get on cruise but if I were Visiting New Orleans for vacation I would Definitely stay here!
Mar 29, 2025 · Kaley BenderWe loved our stay! We got the suite with the jetted tub and it was definitely worth it. Great breakfast, great service, great room, and great location! The evening food was not super exciting, but more of a nice to have. We would definitely stay here again.
Jun 21, 2025 · Carlos VallesWe had an absolutely amazing stay, the hotel is so comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and having the kick back was a great addition- we went a couple of times for a drink before heading out. The hotel decor is a little dated but that doesn't take away from how great this place is, it's a perfect location, just a few blocks from Canal and Bourbon, but also to explore other areas of the city. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing- the hot tub helped too! However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff themselves- everyone we encountered was so friendly and polite, nothing was too much. From Alicia at check in, Dee and the manager who went out to get stamps for me as shops only sold books rather than individual ones, and everyone else, you made our stay so welcoming and comfortable. We really had such a wonderful time and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here (it feels more like a 4 star than 3)
