THIS HOTEL IS HAUNTED!!! Believe or not. We stayed 2nd floor and i actually forgot the room number. Probably 202 or 204 something like that. We had to stay this hotel since me and my gf missed the connection flight. We were sleeping and we heard the sound that someone was walking inside the bathroom and something weird sound. ALSO, we experienced the paranormal activity during middle of the night. We were sleeping and we had to wake up because of the Mcdonald’s brown bag rustle sound. Me and my gf so freaked out at that moment. I’m pretty sure something was inside our room…. Anyway if you don’t want to experience that, try to reserve another hotel.

Apr 30, 2025 · Dawon KimThe room is outdated, poor customer service. I'm a platinum status with the Marriot hotels and this was simply unacceptable. I usually get a bottle of water each day of my stay in all Marriot hotels I stay at and this one told me I can only get one at check in. I asked for room service in the morning and when I returned back to the room late the room service was not completed and when I called the front desk and asked for new towels I was told to come down and get it myself. This is not the type of service I expect with all the traveling I do for work. ( Guest name- Nattanael Toribio)
May 14, 2025 · wendy delacruzUpon arrival at the Aloft, I was informed that an additional $150 credit card charge would be charged for “incidentals.” This is quite extreme for a one night stay. As an elite Bonvoy member, I was unfamiliar with this charge, and I never charge items to my room. I spoke with the manager, but the manager’s response was unhelpful in resolving the issue and very rude. I was told I “could go somewhere else”, if I didn’t want to authorize the extra $150. Furthermore, it took three trips downstairs to secure a working room. The first room lacked air conditioning or a fan resulting in an oppressive 85-degree temperature displayed on the nonworking thermostat. The second room was a poorly maintained handicap room, while the third room was only marginally satisfactory. The hotel’s outdated facilities and the manager’s lack of attention to detail are evident. A more competent manager is needed to address these issues and enhance the overall guest experience.
Mar 13, 2025 · Carroll TomlinsonThe room and stay were great, but the parking / exiting system needs to change. At best it's confusing, but even when you what you are supposed to may not work. Thousands of parking scenarios keep it easy, this one found a way to create a negative guest experience.
Jan 27, 2025 · Matthew TownesI didn’t have the need for service other than check in which went smoothly. The room was clean and quiet. Heating system is quiet which means a lot to me and my husband. Park and fly program keeps us coming back.
