We had received order confirmations and received several emails stating that we were welcome to the hotel on the current day. We had to make new reservations (Sheraton website, not possible to get help from woman at check-in), much more expensive and now without breakfast. When the rooms were booked, we were told that these type of rooms were not available..., but we could have another alternative (one room instead of two, that we had ordered and payed for).
May 15, 2025 · claire wRoom was nice and big, plenty of space. The bathroom looked like someone painted over the tub and the paint wore away. The shower faucet didn't work the hot water unless you had it in on position. But everything else was clean and ready to go. Also when you go don't forget about paying for the parking lot at the hotel.

(2) the breakfast staff is very poorly trained, and I got 1 cold cup of coffee, when I asked her for a hot cup of coffee, she got one… and never came back (3) the gym is pretty good (4) the hotel had a pool at some point, it’s now a storage room. (5) two eggs and bacon is $21 (6) the Bonvoy Lounge is open to everyone and staff directs kids to go grab things… essentially, there is no lounge.
Mar 24, 2025 · Kevin -I’ve stayed at this property multiple times for work, and unfortunately the result is always the same. It’s filthy, and the service is terrible. The front desk employees act like the guests are an inconvenience for them. This time I found a PUBIC HAIR right square on my top sheet. Not only was there pubic hair but there were multiple other hairs, telling me the that the sheets had not been changed. Once brought up to the front desk, they did not care. They gave me a small sheet to put on top of the comforter which at that point I was always grossed out by the unclean top sheet and now there was nothing to separate me from the comforter which is not washed between guests. DO BETTER SHERATON. Will be filing a report with Marriott corporate and the department of health too.
