Hotel was very accommodating. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, parking on site and even an indoor pool (though I arrived late and it was closed) and an attached tavern. It's a simple and relatively affordable room with basic amenities. Clean, comfortable, quiet.

May 16, 2025 · Rubere RaffoulThis was a really great close to Boston. The staff was really attentive. The hotel was super easy to get to with easy on and off access. I was able to book 2 nights so that I could do things in both Boston and Concord. The hotel had a very big parking lot. The front entrance is underwhelming, but it gets the job done. As soon as you enter there is a "business center to your left, followed by the desk, and to your right is the entrance to the Copper Tavern. I was checked in and given room keys. An evelvator took me right up to my room on the 5th floor. I had a balcony with slider although the balcony was small with no furniture. The view was not anything special. The bed was really comfortable. The room was a traditional room, pictures of local landmarks, again nothing but standard. The bathroom was standard. I did not like the citrus shampoo or conditioner. Used some travel size amenities I nrought. The water pressure was a C...It was not great and the eater temperature was tepid. Lots of amenities in the hotel: gym and really nice looking pool. The hotel was very quiet. I saw the parking lot was full but did not see, hear, or come across many patrons. I ate at the Copper Tavern one night (see review). I recommend it. Really nice restraunt connected directly to the hotel. I had breakfast only on one of my two days. I was up and out at 6:10 one morning and breakfast was not available. They do have a coffee bar though. The morning that I did go, It is a very good complimentary guests breakfast. They had eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal (hot and cold), yogurts, granola, toppings (chocolate chips, coconut, etc.), pancake machine, juice...the list goes on with toasters, microwave...it was really nice, constant refreshing....just a really nice breakfast. The best part was no $19.99 but included in your stay. Housekeeping was great. Very very detailed oriented. The room was super clean and fresh smelling. Restocked and I had bottles of water SIGN up for rewards program! I had a nice bag at reception and plenty of water bottles. You can reach and see the benefits unlike some programs I belong through other hotel groups. I was impressed and the hotel allowed me to do what I needed in the area. Again I had two good night of sleep. I understand why it is a Best Western Plus...they deserve the Plus!
May 08, 2025 · JP MasellaChecked in Thursday night. By Friday evening we noticed Roaches in our room. The front desk changed us to 409. The bathrooms have no exhaust fans and the walls clearly get wet. The paint and wallpaper was chipping/coming loose. The water pressure in the shower is awful. The temperature changes and fluctuates while showering. The hotel almost smelled like marijuana or left over food. The guests in 411 were throwing a party Sunday night. Woke me and my brother up from 1am-4am. We called and called front desk. Nothing was done. I banged on the walls. Nothing. We had a 14 hour drive Monday morning with NO sleep. Only pro is the amazing Breakfast. They also have a coffee machine that makes all kinds of variations to drink. The Bar inside the hotel is EXPENSIVE!!! Four drinks was $70 and to be fair they tasted like rubbing alcohol. I would not suggest staying here. Find something better.
Mar 04, 2025 · Alexa AMyself and my wife came to stay here for a couple nights on the weekend it was a very good value for a Friday and Saturday. We stayed in room 610. When I first got here to check in the woman at the front desk her name is Sandra G was very well dressed and also spoke very well to me and explained all of the stuff that's available here there is so much the place is beautiful there is a nice indoor heated swimming pool a gym a restaurant free hot breakfast a coffee bar that's open 24 hours a day also in the room there is a coffee maker. The room is bigger then I expected I will attach pictures. After checking in I went up to our room and as I was looking around the phone rang it was the front desk Sandra called to ask me if the room was up to my standards and it is way more then I expected for such a cheap price. Myself and my wife needed to get away for a couple days and this place is perfect. Imy wife had arrived about an hour after me and when she walked into the lobby Sandra greeted her and explained everything to her about the hotel and all the features you get for staying here and was very pleasant to speak with she does a really great job. After her shift ended the guy working was Anderson he was also very nice and helpful when I had questions. The indoor heated pool is a good place to be on a cold day it's nice. The gym is amazing also. We are having a great time and we would encourage anyone that's reading this to book a stay at this hotel price is very fair for such a beautiful clean hotel. I give on a scale from 1-10 it's a 10. If you need a place to stay while your in the Waltham Mass area check them out I can guarantee you will be writing a review like this also. Thank you for reading my post I hope one day whoever reads this will go stay there if they need a place. Also a Hot breakfast is included in the stay. Your gonna be pleased to stay here the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Dan & Melissa Hood
Mar 01, 2025 · YOUNG RYDERZThis is a nice hotel that I have been to on numerous occasions. Rooms can be a little noisey by the lifts however the staff always offer options away from the lifts during check in, so it is never actually a problem. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay and is in walking distance of the local businesses. They also have a convenient shuttle bus.
