Overall I enjoy the hotel for quick stays. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is somewhat edible. There are issues - like the extra door lock hanging from a single screw because it was ripped out. But in general it seems clean and for me it's in a good location.

Feb 20, 2025 · kaledev kaledevThe prettiest Residence Inn I’ve ever seen! The lobby is pretty and the rooms are super spacious with high ceilings. And so clean! The front desk staff rock and are incredibly thoughtful too! The star of the show though is the bartender, Louie, who has a huge heart and provides incredible service. What a great guy and sweet person! We watched him happily serve the whole lobby (they all came up to the bar). It was like it was America’s living room! The lobby was full, everyone was hanging out in pajamas (or a slight step above), kids were running around screaming, and everyone was happy. And Louie happily made sure all the parents had cocktails. 12/10 would definitely stay here again! We’re back for another night and he’s at it again. I just painted my nieces nails, we’re eating quesadillas, and there are other family’s here whose kids are doing cartwheels. The vibe couldn’t be better!!
Mar 16, 2025 · Kathleen HillyardWe come to Boston every year for an event that’s been going on for 23 years. We were recommended this hotel to stay at from a group of friends because they’ve booked this hotel for a few years straight. Although it’s 30 min away from the venue, they highly recommended this establishment. Post event, they’ve never had an issue hanging out in the hotel lobby. Whoever worked the night shift this past weekend was incredibly rude to multiple parties. Our friend was cursed out by this employee, raised his voice to our other friend on the phone, denied comforters to another, and went out of his way to harass the many people who stayed at this hotel for the event. Moving forward we are going to suggest to the event and the 800+ attendees, vendors, and participants to take their business elsewhere and not stay at this hotel. It is a shame given the accommodations were great. But it is not worth to be demeaned by a disgruntled employee who doesn’t want to work a night shift.
Apr 06, 2025 · Alice WuThis hotel is very "hands off." It is what it is. Very large, clean, comfortable rooms where you can stay for a long period of time if need be, and be very comfortable. We brought 2 of our dogs. One large, one small. The hotel was fine with it. If there is one criticism I'll make, it's that there isn't a lot green area around the hotel to walk a dog. However, around the back there is a small dog run, with poop bags provided. I thought that was great and shows they really do welcome dogs. Free breakfast was good. Not the best I've had, but it suited its purpose fine. Had some hot food stations like eggs sandwiches, bacon or sausage. A "make your own waffles station" is there too where you pour the batter into a waffle maker and a few minutes later, you have ready to eat waffles. I'm not that familiar with the area, but it seems to be around a 15 minute ride to Newton. I gave service 4 stars even though I didn't use much service, because there was no need for much service. We plan to stay here again and the value for what you get is hard to beat.
Nov 30, 2024 · ethan semmelI was pretty upset. I was unable to get online safely as two separate computers I brought with me to work with and I kept coming across this is not private people are trying to get your information. This was on all sites but separate computers so that’s extremely unfortunate as I was unable to get any work done. I am a Marriott member but no where did I read when looking for a hotel that offers parking that I had to pay $14 a day even if my car was only parked for a few hrs daily while I slept. And before I had gotten the hotel I had 2 charges on my card. The staff could not tell me what they were for. That’s when they said I owe for parking. A hour on the phone trying to figure out internet only to still not get any.. unreal. This place is not for me.
