I would not recommend paying over $120/night for this hotel based on my recent stay. Anything $120 and under would be reasonable for this property. Have your expectations set that this is a low to mid range hotel (not upscale by any means) and you’ll be happy with the stay! Upon arrival, there were stains on the bedding and towels (pictures attached). Understandably, towels and bedding will eventually obtain stains as part of frequent guest usage but these should be discarded with the cost eaten by the hotel as part of business. Instead they clearly decide to reuse (stained) towels until they are hard/rough from over washing. The towels and bedding were some of the cheapest quality I’d ever seen. The bedding even arrived with holes (picture attached of some of the holes). Additionally, the light switches were covered in dirt/grime. I cleaned them with Clorox wipes brought from home which took minutes. I wish housekeeping would have done so on their own accord given how quickly they were cleaned (with the grime gone). The bed was rather hard and uncomfortable causing neck pain for days after. Ultimately, the above is not a deal breaker for me but a warning for those more sensitive to the above. For the women using a suite, there is a gap in the window that cannot be covered. While it is a smaller gap, it was a bit uncomfortable as a female traveler. While it’s covered when you are in the bed itself, the gap is visible when leaving the bathroom walking to the bedroom. (Photo attached) Regarding the staff : the staff was great! Friendly and cordial. Ultimately, I can’t place some of the above issues on the staff as it’s likely due to penny pinching methods of the property management company. Overall, this is a very mediocre hotel. It was rather dismaying to check in and see the bedding and half of the towels stained. For a night less than $120, I could recommend this hotel. Anything above that amount is overpaying for what you will receive.

Apr 24, 2025 · CHad a really nice stay here recently during Jazz fest. It was really nice and quiet. The hotel is very nice and clean, no complaints. I have to say when I checked in very late at night Gee at the front desk had the best hospitality. He noticed I was wearing a Taylor Swift shirt and gave me a leftover bracelet from her tour when she stayed at one of the properties and it was so thoughtful! 10/10 would stay here again
Apr 27, 2025 · Paige SparksNice clean rooms. Bed linen & towels were white and clean. Nice smell and close to everything. My only complaint would be that the water pressure in the bathroom wasnt very strong. Other than, i enjoyed my stay and would stay here while visiting again especially considering the location, you're close to pretty much all the main tourist attractions.
May 26, 2025 · Natty DemzzIt was only after realizing that the hotel i have booked originally offered earplugs at check in because of the noise on Bourbon Street, I pivoted to the Courtyard. I couldn't be happier that I did. The hotel is in the same building as the Ritz-Carlton and you have to get up to the second floor to check into the Courtyard, which isn't at all obvious anywhere. Though once you figure that out it's easy in and out. The staff was wonderful and the hotel is actually impressive. My room was clean and well maintained and a great location, close walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
Mar 30, 2025 · Josh MonteroSo, impressed with this hotel. Very clean beautiful lobby. Very clean rooms and fantastic service, 24 hour room service, Great location, just minutes away from Bourbon Street. Far enough away from the noise.
