Well, you get what you pay for. The breakfast was minimal with croissants, cereal, mini muffins, and juice. Beds were comfortable enough and I was surprised at how clean the rooms were but the cleaning staff can only do so much with what they're given. No noise complaints because the front desk was happy to move me to a room on the other side of the hall away from the street. Overall experience was decent. 3 stars because it gets the job done (sleep and eat for cheap) but it is missing many of the creature comforts of other similarly priced hotels.

Jun 04, 2018 · Kyle DowlingWe chose this hotel because it was at a convenient location. But the area around was sketchy - we made sure not to go out super late at night. We arrived later than check in, but the attendant was uunderstandingand gave us our key quickly. Also I didn't realize I booked a smoking room so I asked to switch to non smoking, and he was kind enough to make the switch. However, the room was pretty gross. There were stains all over the sheets, and the room had this sticky and musty smell. The carpet was old and dirty. In conclusion, the hotel wasn't as bad as I thought. But I wouldn't stay here in the future.
Oct 15, 2018 · Jackie SabillaHorrible experience! This is the worst place I've ever lived. On a trip with other 23 friends. Booked 12 rooms. All the rooms were filthy, super duper dirty. Sheets so thin and not clean. Rooms filled with smell of smoke. I opened window for some fresh air for a short time as it's still cold outside during this season. Then I turned on heater, but soon all the dusts in the heater just flew out everywhere. We tried to change to other rooms but were told the place was fully booked. Four of our friends were just not able to sleep and found other place to stay. The manager wasn't there the next morning when we checked out and the front desk had no empathy or apologetic at all. I'd not stay at this place ever, ever again and I wouldn't stay here even if someone paid for me. It's just the worst nightmare.
Mar 15, 2018 · Yinuo XiangIt's okay but the carpet is really dirty and all of the rooms it's a really musty feeling inside the bedroom. The sheets aren't washed well, Idk if it has bed bugs or IDK. The lady who works front desk is super friendly, but the gentleman was very rude. Not really sketched out when a cop came in asking me if I heard a lady screaming "help" so I don't know if I would recommend anybody staying here.
Sep 28, 2016 · Naomi TandeeMy son and I stayed on 7/28/18. The Manager was a poor communicator. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide a credit card. I informed the Manager that I booked the room online with a relatives card. He immediately got defensive and told me that I had to provide a card. O.K. but why? All I was told that I needed to provide a card. After providing a card I figured out for myself that the online process only reserves the room and you/I must present a card to pay for the room. It was his job to clearly state the process and not mine to just figure out. The room had and odor, and underground parking was not lit but, you get your pay for.
