Booked a 1 Queen City View Deluxe Bedroom. Nice City view, but Room is Not Deluxe and very small. Annoying is a intensive plastic like smell in the room. Pictures during booking provide different impressions as it is in reality - picture the whole room. Bed is fine, bathroom is partially old and dirty - picture of the heater in the bathroom. Asked the front staff to change/ upgrade the room, got a friendly not possible. For my next time in NY I will choose a different hotel.

Mar 18, 2025 路 Customer ExperienceHotel was nice and clean and I had a nice view of the city. The restaurant is being renovated til April 馃ゴ which I knew that before booking. Other than that I had no issues, room clean, bed was comfortable, enough space for 4 people, bathroom mirrow is really nice and was 20 to 30 min to everything. 7 min walk to take the train. Lost of restaurants around, bars and suvenier stores withing 5 to 15 min walk. Will definitely stay here again.

When we checked in, the receptionist asked if we wanted our room cleaned the next day, to which we said yes. Unfortunately, when we returned the following day, the room hadn鈥檛 been cleaned. Additionally, the noise levels in the room were quite high. The air conditioner was very loud when it was on, and when we turned it off, we could hear outside noise clearly due to poor insulation. The sound of traffic kept us awake through the night, which made it hard to get a good night's rest. Despite these issues, the hotel has potential with its great location, but some improvements in noise control and housekeeping are needed.

Manager Anton Rollison provided poor customer service, was reluctant to respond, and made no effort to fix the situation. I had to cancel meetings and relocate to another hotel in the AM. Completely unacceptable for a Marriott property鈥攚ould not recommend. Marriott provided a full refund, but the hotel couldn't care less. This is a 3-star property at best - not a 4-star!! Terrible management鈥攁void this property and stay elsewhere.
