This has been my best hotel experience ever! The room was spotless, which is the most important factor when choosing a hotel. Both the bed and bathroom were exceptionally clean! The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere of the hotel was just perfect. We loved it so much that it was hard to leave the room to explore NYC. We even started referring to it as ‘home’ when talking about returning to our room after a day out. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another hotel in New York. Thank you, Pendry Manhattan West staff

I recently stayed at the Pendry Hotel Manhattan, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of my expectations! This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Manhattan. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was - absolutely spotless. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure my stay was perfect. Their friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk from Penn Station and Times Square, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is stunning, with great views of the Manhattan skyline that made every moment feel special. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable - I slept better than I have in months! And let's talk about the dining options - they are top-notch. The hotel boasts several incredible restaurants, each offering delicious dishes with excellent service. Every meal felt like a treat. One of my absolute favorite parts of the stay was the amazing coffee shop attached to the hotel, Black Fox Coffee. It's hands down one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the atmosphere was perfect for a quiet morning pick-me-up or a quick recharge during the day. The Pendry Hotel Manhattan truly combines luxury, convenience, and comfort, making it one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Whether you're in the city for business or pleasure, this hotel is a perfect choice. I can't wait to return!

10 star hotel experience in NYC! This was an absolutely perfect stay in every way. The hotel manager, Murat, went above and beyond to make our daughter's 16th Birthday trip to New York spectacular. I could not believe the service and the special touches he included in our room to celebrate. The view was dynamite and the room was the biggest we've found in NYC. The room service food was so good as was breakfast in the parlor. We loved this property so much and will be back again for sure!!!! Thank you Murat and team for such a magical 4 days!!!!

After a ton of research to find the best property for our weekend in NYC, I chose the Pendry. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful the hotel is and how we felt totally catered to from the moment we arrived. Our trip was to celebrate our daughter’s 7th birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it special for her. We left completely blown away by the whole experience. Extra points for proximity to Penn Station which made getting to/from JFK super easy. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again.

During my search for a hotel, after my initial reservation at another location wasn’t confirmed, I came across Pendry Manhattan West—and it immediately caught my eye. This hotel is a new addition to New York’s luxury accommodations, bringing a fresh, sophisticated design to the vibrant Manhattan West area. Although I wasn’t able to book a room due to availability, the architectural design alone left a lasting impression. The undulating facade is both modern and artistic, with a flowing, wave-like form that gives the building a sense of movement and elegance. It’s a stunning feature that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding cityscape, offering a glimpse of refined urban luxury. Pendry Manhattan West seems like a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience top-tier service and style in the heart of New York. Although I didn’t get to stay this time, it’s definitely on my list for future visits!
