My stay was one of the best ever experienced at a Marriott hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff acknowledged my gold status, upgraded my room, facilitated an early check-in (11:00am!) explained my benefits and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Every department, from bellman to housekeeping to food service was top notch and efficient. This is a very busy hotel, however I felt personally connected and acknowledged every time I entered the lobby. Congrats to management and the entire team, I will be back!

From the moment we walked through the doors, the hospitality and attention we received were beyond words. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the rooms were spotless with incredibly comfortable beds. The level of care and service truly stood out. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to NYC!

My room was clean and quiet. The rooms are smaller than I expected though I assume this is common in New York. The hotel is within walking distance of Times Square, MSG, the Empire State building and Penn/Moynihan station. Good breakfast as well, though it was crowded. Would go back...price was reasonable for New York.

Specifically had the pleasure of being assisted by Angel during my stay and I can't speak highly enough of his service. From the moment I encountered an issue with the room safe, Angel was incredibly attentive and patient, making sure I felt heard. He worked diligently to try and resolve the issue, and when it became clear that the safe couldn't be fixed immediately, he remained completely open to alternative solutions. His willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate us made a big difference in our experience. Angel's positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out, and he made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you, Angel, for your excellent service and kindness!
Jan 05, 2025 · M AhmedLocation is great, very close to Times Square and many different bodega’s and places to eat. The rooms were quite small which is expected in New York. The air conditioner would not go down past 72 in our room, bed, blankets, pillows and sheets were not comfortable. Requested different pillows on the app and never received them and they cancelled the request. Elevators are super slow so would not be in a hurry to get anywhere unless you’re using the stairs. But overall the staff was great and very pleasant to work with.
