Had a great stay here during my visit to New York! The location was fantastic—perfect for getting around the city. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the experience even better. While the rooms did appear smaller than they looked in the pictures, it was just right for us since we were out exploring most of the day and only needed a comfortable place to sleep. As a frequent gym-goer, I also really appreciated the fitness suite available for guests—I used it daily, which was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again!

Ms Marina helped me with the app and rewards and Mr Johan was excited to welcome mom back. This is such a cool hotel. It's small rooms but it's an easy walk into time Sq and all the food and fun in the area. The breakfast and dinner is awesome. Except the fried were cold and we waited 30 minutes. Other than that a awesome experience. . I appreciated the experience vibe. Stay here it is worth your peace of mind and enjoyment. Beds are short but more comfortable than any King I slept on

He gave us great recommendations for food and things to do that weren’t touristy since we’ve been to the city before. The room was tiny but cute and has all the amenities you could need. It’s only a few minutes walk to Time Square and Madison Square Garden. I highly recommended coming here!!

Mar 25, 2025 · Susan MelchinI had a very memorable time at this hotel! The staff was really helpful and it was nice being checked in by Grace at the front desk. The bed was super comfortable, I appreciated the water bottle station on my floor and the housekeeping definitely kept up with my room very well. Johan made my check out very smooth too! This hotel is not too far from Times Square and the theatre district, so it’s always an enjoyable walk wherever you go! Also, loved the personal hotel chocolates too!
