Great location, Great Staff. Good stay for 2nights in nyc. At first, I chose this hotel because I saw a good location, but the staff was so kind that I fell in love with it. I've been to many Canadian and American hotels, but I haven't seen any friendly staff like Hana and Jeffry in this hotel. They welcomed us very brightly and tried to give us everything we needed. The room was a little small, but it was clean and crowded with many people in the restaurant, but it was enough for a simple breakfast. Above all, the location is good, so it's convenient to walk around. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to the kind and affectionate Hana and Jeffrey.

Feb 16, 2025 · jinnee baekThe noise in the room is terrible - a very loud AC that you can not turn off that starts and stops every few minutes. The most important thing is a good sleep when traveling - forget about it in this hotel. In addition, there are only two elevators, so you will need to wait a very long time to get to the lobby and back to your room.. Last thing - they put 6$ bottles of water in your room - crazy greedy.

It dies have a nice gym. The hotel is very close to Madison Square Garden but a few blocks away from Times Square. We felt safe walking back to the hotel late at night.
Feb 15, 2025 · Vickie AHad an excellent stay at this hotel--we stayed for one night to watch a show. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel itself seemed up to date and had modern decor. Free breakfast is always a perk--I wish they refilled the food more quickly though. The only other negative feedback is slow elevators. Despite those 2 things--I would definitely come back to stay here!

The room was clean and lived up to Marriott's high standards, and the complimentary breakfast was a welcome bonus. The luggage storage was handled quickly and seamlessly, adding to the convenience. Most attractions were within walking distance, and the nearby subway station made exploring the city effortless. We would stay here again when we comeback to NYC.
