This beautiful hotel was a fantastic place to stay. This hotel staff is very kind, the hotel from check in to check out was a great experience. The room has a refillable water bottle, coffee, tea and very comfy robes. The views are beautiful, the staff is very kind. I went to the hotel to ask if they could hold my bags, instead of holding my bags they checked me in early. It was nice to get settled into my room and go on with my day. Walkable distance to trains and time square. The rooms are beautiful, super comfy bed, quiet with a lovely view. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to the area.

Mar 23, 2025 · Lindsay BestEnded up here last minute through Hotel Tonight and it was great throughout. Realized I meant to book two nights but accidentally selected one. When I was checking in, they were able to extend the room at a reasonable rate. I've had problems asking to do this elsewhere. The hotel itself is just glam with a cute theme focused on dogs. The room was a little small, though not intolerably or unexpectedly for NYC. Looked recently renovated and had every appointment I needed, including an immaculate in room K-cup coffee machine with a selection of high quality coffee and tea, it was an unlimited amenity which they encourage you to use, along with the downstairs water bar (flat and sparkling) and an included metal water bottle you are encouraged to keep. The refreshment offered on arrival was a nice touch too. The lobby was a cool place to hang for the brief period I did. The proximity to Penn Station was super convient as well. It wasn't just the guest friendly policies that worked for me but the friendly accommodating staff that made the stay truly special, which can be harder to find In NYC. I realized late at night that my climate control in the room wasn't working. The front desk staff said they were booked and couldn't address the issue at that hour but was kind enough to give me a space heater, which totally addressed my issue. Even extended me additional courtesy about it the next day, which I really appreciated.

Some might be bothered by how small the rooms are, but that didn’t bother us at all. We have always managed to book when they are having discounted rates, so very reasonable.
Mar 27, 2025 · Susan PinskerIt’s my favorite place in NYC. It’s adorable in decor, fantastic in comfort, and amazing in convenience and thoughtful curation of services. Large hotel chains should learn a thing or two from the fabulously courteous staff and the extensive services. The robe in the room, and the comfy bed will make you want to sleep in, with unlimited sparkling water available along with coffee that you can drink in a real cup! I did not want to leave!

Service was superb, especially Luis. Helpful and friendly! Cleanliness - exceptional. I did the white glove test because I was so impressed. Cleanest hotel room I’ve ever experienced. Super comfortable beds, pillows and 2 comforters. Slept like a baby. Not a lot of amenities, but walking distance to exceptional restaurants. Just look for the pineapple street sign for a pleasant stay in NYC. I know I’ll be back!
