When planning a recent spring break trip for our family of four, I scoured reviews of Marriott properties and considered the best in value, location, and amenities for our two night stay. This hotel exceeded our expectations with a decent size room by NY standards, a great lobby area with in-house dining or room for takeout, and the friendliest and most helpful staff. We truly put this to the test when post/checkout we realized our son had left his beloved stuffed monkey mixed up in the sheets of his bed. The front desk and housekeeping staff over multiple shifts rallied to locate this important “family member” and ensure he was safely returned. We would have recommended this hotel prior to this experience, but now these folks are down as heroes in our family lore.

Mar 27, 2025 · Katherine PillaiExcellent location. Easy walk to Port Authority and Penn Station and Time square. So many good restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Two queen beds with nice bedding and pillows. Recently redone so new floors and bathroom. Lots of space to put bags and such. TV and windows with a view of the city. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
Mar 24, 2025 · L SThe friendly staff at the front desk answered all our questions, and the service was excellent at the downstairs bar. The rooms were nice for a New York hotel! Housekeeping did a great job and came every other day! We didn’t have a vehicle, and the closest subway stations were a few streets away. Times Square was about a ten-minute walk, and Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and Hudson Yards were even closer. Some of the restaurants surrounding the hotel were aimed for tourists so just read reviews. I loved how we were able to used the downstairs bar/restaurant area to socialize and to eat take out. Primarily just used the hotel as a place to get ready, sleep and eat and recommend it for that!
Dec 20, 2024 · A SExceptional Stay Near Times Square: Impeccable Cleanliness and Outstanding Staff! I recently stayed at this Courtyard with a party of nine, and it exceeded all expectations. The **location** was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant heart of Times Square. The hotel was exceptionally **clean**, with well-maintained rooms that made our stay comfortable. What truly stood out was the **professional and courteous staff** (Lisette, Amauro, Aaron..really everyone) From the front desk to the bistro dining area, every team member was attentive and eager to assist. They even provided a sewing kit and arranged car service for us, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New York!
Nov 15, 2024 · Kelly BFantastic location in close proximity to multiple subways and train stations. Rooms are nice and clean, staff are friendly. The bistro serves great food and having Starbucks coffee so easily accessible in the morning was perfect.
