Very good location for the price!! It’s conveniently next to a 711 if you need to buy any drinks/snacks! The room was decent for NY and the shower was hot. It had everything you need to lay your head down and go about your travel. The only complaint would be the same as others, the elevators. It took about 45 min to get an elevator at check in. If you don’t mind taking the stairways down I would recommend that. I stayed on the 21st floor and went down the stairs while my friend waited at the elevator and I made it down to the first floor 10 minutes before she did. But this place has GREAT location and housekeeping did clean daily. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel!

Feb 15, 2025 · KikiDont book here. Booked months in advance. They gave my room away and made us go to a different hotel in the pouring rain. After traveling for hours. Had to walk to a different hotel with all our luggage. no compensation. Sketchy business.
Mar 24, 2025 · Perry RaymondI had a positive stay. I’d come to see the Westminster Dog Show as a spectator. It was a perfect location to get to MSG and the Javitz Center. It’s not a luxury hotel but it was a great value. I didn’t have great expectations because it was so reasonably priced but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a pizza to go from the restaurant as I was there during the Super Bowl. I thought it was quite tasty and the only reasonably priced meal I had in NYC. We didn’t have too much trouble with the elevators. Both were working and I didn’t feel our wait times were excessive. I would definitely stay at this location again.
Feb 17, 2025 · Nancy DuncanVery conveniently located hotel if you're interested in sightseeing or just a hub to explore the city in multiple directions from. The rooms were very well appointed and clean, however noise does travel between the rooms very easily. The elevator reviews are not wrong. There are only two and one seems to stop working from time to time. Personally other than taking 25 minutes one time to get from the 32nd floor to the first floor we didn't have a ton of issues but heard multiple people on the middle floors say they took the stairs. Seems like staying on the lower floors or at the top might be your best bet. There are many signs informing you the elevators can take a while during peak times. There are also homeless people in the public park out front, but they were polite and not an issue. I would stay here again and think it's a great spot for a visitor without mobility issues. But if you have mobility issues and are going to have trouble waiting for the elevator I might not recommend this hotel.
Jan 28, 2025 · Glenn PareiraFive stars for what I was looking for - location and price. And some things were icing on the cake The desk staff was so friendly and helpful, particularly the gentleman working when we checked in around midday December 10th. Shower was hot with good pressure and the Dove products were a good touch. Usually hotel conditioner sucks. And although I probably had one of the smaller rooms, as a single at the lowest price available, my room was well equipped with iron, fridge, coffee maker, and safe. And yes bring your ear plugs - it is NYC after all This hotel is appropriately labeled a three star, but if that’s what fits location and budget requirement then I recommend
