Phenomenal. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5-star hotels. This hotel is spectacular. Our stay came at the end of a cross country move. We were traveling with our cat and an obscene amount of luggage. The quality and level of service at this Four Seasons was outstanding. They took such good care of us. The stay was lovely. The room service was excellent and the rooms were slightly more contemporary than other Four Seasons, but very comfortable, well appointed and CLEAN. From the front desk, bellman, housekeeping and room service, we were delighted with the service we received. I’ll be booking all visits from family at this location. This hotel has got it right. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Apr 24, 2025 · Mike WThis by far, is my favorite hotel to stay in. They went above and beyond from start to finish for my family. Exceptional treatment and amenities for children, such as robes, slippers, tents and treats. Stunning views and delicious food. Room service and all staff are five star worthy. Thank you for a memorable vacation! Love the Hayes family. Anna from Chili will be remembered, she is lovely and the wonderful valet staff. Thank you again :)
Feb 23, 2025 · marsm21313This property is everything you could want in a hotel. The staff are very attentive and love to be there for your every need. From the doorman, to guys like Gilbert that drive you on behalf of the four seasons to any location within a certain radius that you’d like. Ryan at the bar is absolutely wonderful. Him and I sat for about 30 minutes after last call and had a wonderfully intelligent conversation that I appreciated it very much. He was great. Overall, I absolutely loved this property, the accommodations, and the location. I will certainly be back next time I’m in Boston..
Feb 20, 2025 · Brett SasserThis is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in! I work in travel so I'm lucky to stay in a lot of great hotels all over the world, but this is by far the best service I have ever received. Rooms made up multiple times per day; ice refilled without asking because they noted that I requested it during our first two nights; extra towels and bathrobes without asking; even down to the wonderful housekeeping team folding a sweater that I left on the cháse when I popped out just for a coffee. I normally never spend much time in the hotel when I travel, but I cancelled plans just to spend a day in the room for the first time in my life. This is probably the first time I've been genuinely sad to leave a hotel! Exceptional service that I just don't believe could be topped. Can't wait to return
Mar 01, 2025 · Keiran CarterI don't know what the rooms are like but the service in the location where the best and I loved visiting there. I went for an event that was supposed to happen but the people in charge of the event never called or emailed anybody to let him know that they had canceled. When I got to the hotel the staff is what told me that the event was canceled. The event I was going to was supposed to be all about how to make money in Abu Dhabi using cryptocurrency. I've blocked the company now since I know it's just a bunch of fraud. Thank you four seasons hotel you were very helpful I appreciate what you did for me that day.
