I loved everything about this hotel. It was my first time staying there. Super convenient Back Bay location, directly across from the Prudential. Very comfortable showers and beds. It was quiet my whole stay. Only random thing to note is there are no microwaves on the property - so if you’re a meal prepper/bringer like me, there’s no way to warm up any food you may have brought, but that was no big deal! Very healthy food options right nearby.

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was friendly and room was clean. The bed was so comfortable, I had the deepest sleep I've had in a while, according to my Apple Watch. Water pressure and water temperature and lovely bath products made showering a luxury - and they have robes and a rubber duckie! Breakfast was great - I had the avocado toast, and my daughter had the biggest pancakes I've ever seen. She was sad there was no iced coffee, but I'm normal and thought the hot coffee was excellent. Location could not be any closer to the T. I would stay here if I visit Boston again.

Bathroom needed renovation and repairs. The wood shelving was rotting under the sink and around it. However, the staff was great and very helpful. The bellman was beyond awesome. Gave my mom an umbrella on a rainy day.. Cheesecake Factory across the street. Capital Grille a few blocks away. Other nice restaurants in the area. Room was nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Normal fridge in the room. Blinds kept the room nice and dark for sleep. I believe the one guy at the desk is named Aiden. He was great, even if he's a fan of the wrong Premier League team. 😉

The room was fantastic! Amazing bed and pillows (I slept 9 hours each night!). Water pressure in the show was crazy good. Great size mini-fridge. Poland Spring water is complimentary. Room service from Lucy's was amazing!! Super quick turnaround from time of order. Food was fantastic. Front desk staff are the best and were so accommodating every step of the way. Thank you, Lily, Darin and Juan!!!

I've stayed in dozens of hotels in major cities across the US and Europe. This hotel is one of the most disappointing. When we checked in, they told us to wait in the lobby. The guy was nice and said the room should be ready any minute, no big deal. We waited, and waited, and waited and they never told us the room was ready. We finally went backup and they said that our room had been ready for awhile. Not a huge inconvenience, but just frustrating that we had to remind them that we were waiting for them. Seems like a basic customer service task. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work, the Chromecast in the bedroom doesn't work. They have a cafe with snacks but it's behind a door that doesn't work often so you can't get to them. The bedroom has two walls to place a TV and the TV was placed on the farther wall about 20 feet from the bed. Why wouldn't you use the wall where the TV was definitely supposed to go? On their own these issues aren't a big deal but the most frustrating thing is they charge you "facility fees" for these "complimentary" services so you're getting charged extra for something you can't use. This hotel isn't cheap and they shouldn't charge extra for basic things that hotels this price usually include. Charging extra for them and then also not having them work is just salt in the wound. For the amount you pay, I would recommend almost any other 4 star or 5 star hotel over this location.
