Boston Marriott Copley Place is a fantastic hotel located right in the heart of downtown Boston. The hotel is very large and modern, and you can feel that as soon as you walk inside. It is conveniently attached to a mall, giving you easy access to shopping, restaurants like Yard House, and plenty of things to do without even needing to leave the building. The room had a bright, open, and airy feel with a modern design that I really appreciated. Everything was very clean, and I had no complaints about the room at all. The gym is quite large for a hotel and is connected to a good-sized swimming pool, which looked great for both relaxing and exercising. The M Club was also better than many others I have visited. It was spacious, clean, and had a nice variety of food and drink options, which made it a comfortable place to relax outside of the room. Overall, my stay at Boston Marriott Copley Place was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Boston, and I think you will enjoy your time here too.

Apr 28, 2025 · Ryan SmithRooms were comfortable. Great views. There was some noise from the hall but most people were quiet walking around. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off if you turned down the temperature. Be aware you need to pick the floor you're going to before you get in the elevator and it will tell you which elevator to take. They did not let us know this for some reason.
May 17, 2025 · Jessica LegrandThe hotel was very nice and very clean. Loved that it's connected to a mall. Had a few complaints- our light in the bathroom kept turning off randomly. Also, our friends got the same room type, yet their room was very obviously a few feet wider- yet we paid the same amount. I had called up before booking and was told they had rollaway beds. However, when we got there and we requested one, they said not for our type of room. We had to work out our sleeping arrangements after that since I was counting on a rollaway bed. Spoke to a manager who offered nothing at all for these complaints. Also, no one called me back when I first requested a manager to call. It's called service recovery- these things could have been compensated for as they were overall not big issues. But I received nothing at all on the call. Barely a sorry. So here you go- negative review!
Apr 24, 2025 · Melissa TGreat hotel and so much to see and do in the nearby area. We were here for 4 nights and really had a great stay! There are some other hotels in the area that are also very good but this one has everything we need. The M lounge really comes in handy for snacks and a great breakfast. We were on 29th floor and had amazing views of Charles River and other great vistas!
May 11, 2025 · Bob AhearnI had a great stay at the Marriott Copley Place. The hotel is in a great location- close to everything from shopping to restaurants to colleges etc. Staff were great with everything and helpful. The room was nice- nothing fancy but very comfortable. Except the pillows were terribly soft and not conducive to a good night’s sleep - this is a common problem at hotels and I don’t understand who likes a pillow with no support at all. Other than that the room was great and the bathroom was modern. I’ve stayed here before and will stay here again.
