Hotel is a nice mid hotel! Service was good. I booked the hotel because the location is great! and I really loved the fact that we could use the breakfast area to eat and chill throughout the day. That being said on the 4th night we were asked to leave because it was closed due to cleaning BUT every night leading up to that we ate there at the same time and they didn't asked us to leave even though they were in fact cleaning. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Rooms are small but please always expect that to be the case since it is the city after all. free breakfast is a plus!

As always, the Hampton Inn breakfast was great, and the service was outstanding. Maryln went above and beyond with helpful recommendations for nearby spots. We also loved the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea station near the breakfast area, which was perfect for grabbing a cup before heading out or winding down after a long day. The hotel was very clean and felt safe, and our one-bedroom king suite was just the right size for my husband and me. I would definitely stay here again!

Even got hooked up with an upgrade and extra bed. Literally right next to "The Garden," had a couple computers, very useful for following up on some work, nice offering of any necessary snacks/amenities and even offered free fresh "David," cookies and 24 hour coffee service. Not having to overspend/wait in line for coffee, gave me a lot more time to get some much needed work done and the experience was exceptional to the point that we are writing this review to ensure customers aren't misled by spam or competitors writing false reviews stating anything other than top notch quality and service. Thank you again.
Mar 01, 2025 · Christopher McGuckinI stayed one night in this hotel. The staff was great, location is great, breakfast was good. The room was comfy but small, also very noisy even on the 17th floor. Walls are also paper thin. Other than that all good!

The staff, especially the front office staff were warm, friendly and also went out of their way to be very helpful with luggage storage and answering all our questions. The location is perfect - central to what we wanted to do, the breakfast delicious and the beds comfortable. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in NYC.
