We stayed at this hotel while visiting NYC for a week. Great location easy access to subway & parking. Very clean, room was very comfortable, staff friendly & helpful. They don't cheap out on house keeping fresh linens, clean room & towels daily. Really a great experience! Will definitely book this hotel again when visiting NYC! * And beautiful roof top access with a view of one world trade!!!

Mar 20, 2025 · Tim MeagherWe were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. From the very beginning, the staff, especially Mr. Angel, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. We would have appreciated more options for hanging coats and other clothing for four people. Also, the room felt a bit cold since the heating kept turning off, but that might just be a matter of getting used to it. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Mr. Angel even allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout, which was a great help. If we ever visit New York again, we will definitely book this hotel again. Z. Župková

It isn't a 5 star hotel but really comfortable rooms, with friendly staff all round. If there's one complaint it would be that the showers aren't powerful enough. I also feel that since the hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee in the morning, they should extend it to 24/7, especially when there's no breakfast available at the hotel.

Stayed there for two days and the smug receptionists never even bothered to send the housekeeping staff to empty the dustbin from the previous guest. Unlike Marriott which is 100x better and on the opposite street of this hotel, no information was provided regarding drinking water facility, toothbrush/paste and other basic things. I politely requested them to have a laminated paper with these basic things written for the guest and these two bozos basically replied “We’re not a big hotel chain so can’t afford to have a paper printed and laminated for the guests convenience.” A kind request to the owner to spend a little more money and hire professionals instead of these passive aggressive jerks. Having said that, the morning staff consisting of a lady and a man were very nice and friendly.
Mar 26, 2025 · Parth CMy daughter and I visited from Maine for 5 days and enjoyed our stay very much. What a fabulous city. The hotel was perfect for our needs and is located in the flower district. A special shoutout to Angel and Chelsea at the front desk, both friendly and helpful. Chelsea answered all of our touristy questions with patience and good humor. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit again, I will definitely stay in the same hotel.
