In February, my husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days during our visit to New York. We had good service from the staff who always attended to us quickly and in a very kind and respectful manner. The room was clean, organized, we were able to get a Bible from their drawers, which was very nice for us, and they have a small kitchen that is very useful for making hot milk or soups on cold February nights. They also have breakfast included, which I thought was a good option since they have yogurt, bread, hamburgers, coffee, nuts, fruits like bananas and oranges, eggs, among other things. It has a good location and an adequate price. During the initial check-in, you have to give a deposit of $120, which I received as a refund two weeks after our check-out. I recommend them.

Mar 05, 2025 · Indira Rodríguez RivesMy partner and I spent 8 days in this hotel in the small studio with kitchenette. Reading some previous reviews we had been about to cancel the hotel and to pick another one. Finally we are glad we decided to keep this one. It is well located (perfectly connected with every place in the city, metro station, Penn station, gran terminal and also to reach everything walking), a varied breakfast is served with the possibility to take out whatever you want (in a city so expensive as New York, it’s a great detail). There is coffee&tea all day long free for the clients. Rooms (at least the studio we choose) are fair. There is everything you can possibly need, they are also clean, and cleaned every day. If you travel with big luggages it may be a little bit tiny (we travelled with one small and one big trolley, plus a backpack; it was perfect). Being conscious where you are travelling to, New York, a very expensive city famous to have small places to stay, it seemed not that small. During the peak hours it is possible to wait 1 or 2 minutes the elevators (it is not as described in some reviews, at least our experience was positive). Moreover, for who wants to do some exercise there is 24h gym. All the personal working in the hotel is kind and helpful, just one lady was not that nice when we arrived and checked in. Anyway, we would definitely choose this hotel again.
Mar 16, 2025 · Ilaria DianoWe had a wonderful stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea and would highly recommend it. Positives: • The location is unbeatable – perfect for exploring Manhattan. • The hotel smells amazing throughout. • The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and come with a convenient kitchenette. • The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that we could store our luggage for free after checkout. Negatives: • The bathroom doesn’t have a proper door, just a sliding door. • The elevator can sometimes take a while. Overall, a fantastic hotel, and we’d gladly stay here again!
Dec 29, 2024 · Ralph NeubauerMy sister and I stayed in this hotel last August for our first trip to NYC. We could not have asked for anything better. Room was perfect, super comfy bed and superb breakfast with variations every day. The position is perfect, we mostly walked as the majority of Manhattan's landmarks are close (obviously - you need to consider you WANT to walk as much as you can because -hello? you're in Manhattan baby-) so yes, I would definitely stay here once again
Mar 11, 2025 · Stefania GVery clean hotel, the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was American, not very varied like in Europe, but you can eat enough. The location was great, right next to metro line 1, and 5 minutes walking distance to times square. The staff was very nice. The view was nice too, the hotel has 46 floors. In photos, the rooms appear bigger, but they are pretty small though.
