Sasha at the front desk was particularly great and hospitable. Will store your bags for you if you arrive before your room is ready or depart in the evening. Complimentary breakfast was good and a nice added touch. Had an amazing view from our room on the 23rd floor, perfect and beautiful view of the Empire State Building and sunrise. Bed was very comfortable!

Great scrambled eggs. Great location. Pleasant staff. Service deserves 5 points too , I gave it 4 because I had issue with the deposit, I am not from the US, none of my cards were working and I had to leave the deposit in cash and then discovered one of my cards did get the charge of 150 USD and hope to get it automatically back without having to call the hotel. Anyway was a little stressful. But overall great experience, and I highly recommend coming in the winter months , less tourists and better prices. Overall nice and pleasant stay and be happy to come back

Mar 23, 2025 · Trudy trollWe came to the hotel after staying in it in the summer of 2024. It is nicely located in Chelsea Manhattan. We were given an upgrade because we were returning guests. Staff is friendly and warm and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast in filling, the rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely come again.
