Mar 09, 2025 · Sandy MyersWe really enjoyed our stay here. The pros and cons: pro…..super comfortable beds. The lobby was great, very funky. The most delicious caramel cappuccino I’ve had in years at their coffee shop (open to public). The lobby had a community feel with all the hotel visitors hanging out at the bar/restaurant area or just in the comfortable chairs/sofas. FANTASTIC rooftop bar with great view! We arrived early and left our bags with the front desk so we could explore for the day. Valet parking (extra $$$ but worth it). The room was very minimalist and funky. No closet but the industrial bars in the wall worked. Cons…..the beds we had were very short. At 5’ tall, my feet were close to hanging off. The lighting is not great for makeup, the bathroom was super small and the shower was open with only a 1/2 pane of glass so fogged up immediately. It was myself and two grown daughters so it was tight but doable. Our room did not have a view at all but we didn’t stay there much. The rooftop bar made up for it. Great location!!
Jan 06, 2025 · Kari KullmanOverall, this was a great stay. The rooms are small, but they make use of the space (no closets, but wall hanging space). The beds are low to the ground, so take that into consideration if you have a hard time with that. Esthetic is what they are going for. Everything is chic, but the lighting is very dim. It’s a catch-22. Very trendy, but it was an assault on the eyes when transitioning from room to hallway, hallway to elevator, elevator back to hallway… Their completely wine was a nice perk. Plus, their coffee was amazing.
Feb 27, 2025 · Brandon PenaI stayed here in December for a work trip and this place was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the view was awesome and the bathroom was nice and clean. It’s also really close to the touristy places if you came to tour NYC. The staff were friendly as well and provided recommendations for good bagel spots. My only critique would be that the elevator was slow but I believe one was down due to servicing. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
Jan 15, 2025 · Ashley LaneA beautiful, quiet place to relax amidst the hustle and bustle of the big apple. The rooms are small but generally function well for a few night stay. I wish there had been a soft seat option in the room and another few hooks to hang things on. The service was great. The lobby had a lovely community feel. The honey bear latte was tasty. The happy hour glass of wine was a nice little touch. The location was fabulous. Walkable to so many places, but also easy access to the train. On a quiet little street. It was a fantastic home base to explore from.
