Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Manhattan/Chelsea

We stayed at Fairfield inn & Suites NY Manhattan at 28th St. West Midtown. For 11 Nights on 22-Dec 2024 to 2-Jan-2025. It was our Christmas & New Year Vacation and we are celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Location was great, near to almost everything. Hotel Receptionists Staff are accomodating, Breakfast were Good. Room was Clean. Only comments, the Hotel are not offering Lunch and Dinner. But still okey because you can still go out and find restaurant nearby. For Hotel rates, Im not sure if affordable because we stayed during holidays but i guess it is affordable than other hotel 😬😊 Recommended for those who wants to stay here at Fair Field 🥂⭐️👍😉🥳🎉

The room and bathroom are clean, and all the amenities that were needed and expected were there. However, the family room that we booked was too small for three, very little wardrobe space & and the double beds were too small for adults. Service was good, mainly self-service but efficient, all that we would ask for that management review their policy on breakfast dress code, as there were people arriving in their pajamas at the buffet handling food which is very unhygienic. Location was very central to a lot of major sightseeing such as Time Square, Empire State Building, The Flat Iron Building, and Madison square garden that would be walking distance. Major retail outlets & Restaurants. All said in done Fairfield Inn & Suite, is a great city hotel and would consider a return but to a different room size would e required.

This review may be a bit late because I stayed for about ten days in 2023. The hotel is well located and the service is very good, the rooms clean and the breakfasts very good. However, it is rather unfortunate that they do not offer a family room divided into two: it is either a room with two double beds or two separate rooms.. thus doubling the bill. Maybe American hotels are different, but in Europe it is often possible to book a larger room with a partition. Here's the missing star, but if you don't have kids you will certainly enjoy your stay!

This hotel is located at a safe and ideal spot. It has clean rooms, well maintained amenities, warm breakfast, courteous front desk staff (shout out to Tyla for being very courteous and offering to keep ready a to-go breakfast ready as I had to leave for an early morning meeting before the scheduled breakfast time). I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. I noticed few families stay here with kids too and highly recommend it for business travelers and families alike.
