Overall, our experience at this hotel was really great for our family’s visit to the city. The location was perfect, the views were amazing, and the area felt very safe. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was quite good for being included, and the staff did a great job of managing the large crowds. My son has to eat gluten-free and I really appreciated how they had an entire section of gluten-free baked goods and also a menu for stating what items on the buffet were gluten-free. We stayed here with our family of four, so my only “negative” feedback is that the “Studio” room was incredibly small for four people. But we were barely there, so it was OK for us, but I think I would look for a different room size/layout in the future.

Mar 12, 2025 · Jennifer CrispellGreat hotel! The rooms were a bit small, but it’s Manhattan, you gotta expect it. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping never missed a spot. The view was AMAZING (we stayed on the 41st floor). Its an awesome location to stay at because the subway is very close, and all the typical tourist locations are so accessible. The only thing i’d like to see is a little more variety for the breakfast they provided. Overall, awesome hotel!!!
Feb 20, 2025 · Elmira JazayeriWe stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and were fully satisfied since the very beginning: we’ve asked during the booking to have a room on a higher floor and the staff has been great as they reserved a room in one of their highest floor and we had a fantastic room over the skyline of the city including a view on Liberty island ❤️ The hotel is located in the flowers district that is adorable. The 28th Street of the hotel is full of flower shops that decorate the whole street. The subway is 1 minute away but to be honest we only used in two times, otherwise we always walked. Times Square is about 20 minutes away, Flatiron Building, Madison Square Garden, Union Square are litterally just minutes away. The rooms were as small as in other hotels in NY city, usually City hotel rooms aren’t that big. There wasn’t much space for the clothes as the wardrobe is quite small but that was not an issue for us as we left everything organized in the luggage that we kept on the sofa. They were really clean! We didn’t bring slippers as we thought they were available in the hotel but they aren’t so our suggestion is to take them with you. Shampoo and body wash is in the shower. In every floor you will find available ice and water, so bring with you some refillable bottles so that you can take wather from the dispenser. At the reception you will find very kind staff that is always available and always has a smile on their face. You will also find available coffee and hot water with some tea bags available for the whole day & night 🥰 The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, for what it is offered as I would have expected a tiny bit more for a 4 stars hotel. It is very busy yes but they are very well organized as once you will arrive they will assign a table so you don’t have to stress to find one. A table is guaranteed so this is surely a positive point. What involves the elavators, we read some reviews where it is stated that it is almost impossible to take them as they are really busy. To be honest we did not have this problem and for such a big building, also if one has to wait 1/2 minutes it is totally comprehensible. When we will return to NY we will surely come back to this hotel which we already miss! Totally recommended ❤️
Mar 20, 2025 · Cristina SenonerAmazing quality/price ratio! The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is well organized, with very good quality/options and the location is excellent, with a metro station within 2 minutes walking distance. You can also walk to Times Square, Empire State Building etc... within 15-20 minutes! All the negative reviews on the elevators are not really a problem, from my experience... Most of the problems are due to the fact that people press both up and down buttons when calling the elevators and that is not how elevators work... Totally recommended!
Mar 21, 2025 · José AlmeidaGood location. Apart from that, there is nothing positive from this hotel. It’s hard to imagine why there are so many positive reviews about this place. Breakfast is terrible, absolutely not worth the $25. The elevators are never fully functional…for one entire day, 3 of the 4 elevators were not working. The rest of the days, 2 were not working so be prepared to spend 40 minutes daily waiting to go up/down. The size of the room is also way smaller than the actual square meters they have listed on the property’s website. I can not believe how this place has a 4.0 star rating.
