I think frist think you can do to make the reputation better is to fair the reseption guy . He is unprofessional at all and unrespectfull guy . He treated me very bad and very bad attitude . I booked 2 rooms for 2 days rooms number 154 and 150 I check out from the first night. Super bad experiance... I will never come again

May 10, 2025 · Maher Chaaban You could not pay me to stay there again. It was obvious that no one had done any work on the motel for years. Although there were signs all over stating that it was a non-smoking motel, and smoking was prohibited closer than 25' or so to the hotel, the outdoor containers where one extinguishes cigarettes were right next to the staircases. I asked for a ground level room, and the motel manager told me it was absolutely impossible because the hotel was booked. When I got to the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The manager gave a spray bottle of air freshener to "fix" the problem - did not offer to move me. I woke up the following morning in the wee hours to find ONE other car in the lot. He lied. A couple of cars the following night, a few more the night after that. As for the room itself, there was a chair supposedly for sitting and reading that should have been tossed in the dump years ago. It was so disgusting I would touch it, let alone sit in it. The floor lamp next to the chair, which I sought to turn on for more light - had the plug removed from it entirely, so it was really nothing more than a paperweight. The tub, which seemed fine for my first shower, - the water began to back up the second shower, and although I didn't get in the tub for the third shower on account of the fact that there was insufficient hot water, was backing up even more running the water to see if it got hot. Bedspread was dirty looking, had cigarette holes and other unmended holes. Linens were insufficiently clean. I'm pretty sure I found boogers on on of the hand towels. Let's just say that I had be sure I got sufficient exercise to ease my aching back after a night on the mattress. I am not a spring chicken, nor do I lack life experience. I used to live in southern FL when it was the epicenter of drug trafficking. Based on the fact that back in the day there were scores, if not hundreds of businesses in south Florida that just sat there - never once saw a customer in the lot - for years on end, or so few customers that one had to wonder how they stayed in business if they were NOT money laundering. Mar 02, 2025 · Paula WThe sheets & towels are very stained, old & has hair & dirt. The shower water came out brown, left it running for 20 min to clear out. The walls/floors are super filthy. It’s not worth the cheap rate since it doesn’t have shampoo/conditioner, soap, lotion, not enough towels or blankets, doesn’t offer breakfast so you find yourself having to purchase anyway on your own. The recliner chair is disgusting (as seen in pictures online). We stuck it out for one night since we were nearly forced to due to timing. Tomorrow we hope to get refunded our other night. Another post mentioned it’s difficult to get reimbursed so it’s not worth booking in advanced without looking at it first. The pictures are definitely deceiving. I never leave ratings but I definitely messed up with this one & if I can help the next.

No extra sheets and towels available because no housekeeping services, or at least no extra supplies afterhours. I paid for a decent room not a dirty place. They refused refund after the complaint and they went to the next door hotel for sheets..totally NOT RECOMMENDED. I stayed in cheap hotels before with better reputation than this one.
