This place was definitely not a "non-smoking" room. As I walked in, it just reeked of cigarettes and weed. I requested a different room, but no luck. It also smelled the same. The room had roaches on the floor and on the wall. I was booked for 5 days, and only once did they serviced my room and tha5s because I requested it. I had to take out my own trash. So if you are looking for the cheapest run-down place and don't mind the smell of smoke and roaches...we'll this place is perfect. The front desk lady was nice and helpful. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The Red Roof Inn Atlanta Airport NE - Conley is situated on Moreland Avenue in Conley, Georgia, offering a location that is approximately 6-8 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), making it a consideration for airport-related travel. It is noted to be near Interstate 285, providing accessibility to the wider Atlanta metropolitan area. The hotel is described as being on a side of Moreland Avenue that some may not be familiar with, and it is positioned next to another hotel on a hill. While the location offers proximity to the airport and major roadways, some guest reviews have mentioned concerns regarding the immediate surrounding area, with observations about nearby businesses and safety, and a general impression that it might be somewhat remote from readily accessible dining or amenities without driving. Despite being a non-smoking facility, some guest feedback suggests that smoke odors, including cigarette and cannabis, can be present in rooms, which contradicts the hotel's stated policy and renovated status (renovated in September 2023).
Red Roof Inn Atlanta Airport NE - Conley offers a range of basic services typical for a budget-friendly hotel. The front desk is available 24 hours a day to assist guests with check-ins (starting at 3:00 PM), check-outs (by 11:00 AM), and other inquiries. Housekeeping services are generally provided, though one review indicated a need to request it for stays over five days and that guests might need to take out their own trash. The hotel offers coffee/tea in the lobby. There have been mixed reviews regarding staff friendliness and helpfulness, with some positive feedback about front desk staff and others reporting less positive interactions. The presence of a "roving guard" at night has also been noted by a guest, which some might see as a security measure.
The hotel's rooms are equipped with standard amenities for a comfortable stay. Each room typically includes a flat-screen TV with expanded cable channels, a desk, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee/tea maker. Bathrooms are generally equipped with a bathtub or shower, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries in convenient dispensers. Air conditioning and heating are standard in all rooms. Despite being advertised as non-smoking, some customer reviews frequently highlight issues with rooms smelling of cigarettes and cannabis, and visible signs of wear and tear such as burn marks on sheets and dirty or stained bedding and counters. Other reported issues include unclean floors (causing feet to get dirty from walking barefoot), presence of insects like roaches, and non-functional items such as clocks showing the wrong time or dirty chairs. While the hotel states it was remodeled in September 2023, these guest experiences suggest that maintenance and cleanliness can be inconsistent. The property features one building with three floors and offers accessible rooms for guests with mobility needs. There are no elevators, which could be a consideration for guests with heavy luggage or mobility challenges, particularly those with pets or children needing to use stairs. The hotel also has a banquet hall and meeting rooms, catering to event needs, and vending machines for quick snacks and drinks.

Jan 18, 2025 · Jose A RiveraRude front desk, smells like weed all over the hotel, pretty sure it's got bugs. We didn't stay long enough to finish checking in, the Hilltop next door is much better.
Mar 20, 2025 · Daniel CarterMy experience at the Red Room was not satisfactory. It was my first time staying at a hotel, and it fell short of my expectations. Upon entering the first room assigned to me, I discovered a cockroach in the refrigerator. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and stains on the bed covers. When I brought these issues to the attention of the housekeeping staff, they informed me that the stains were permanent and could not be removed. Despite my request to have the sheets changed, they insisted that the sheets were clean, despite the visible stains. The customer service was severely lacking. Later that day, a cockroach emerged from a drawer in the room. I promptly went to the front desk and requested a room change. The night shift employee was accommodating and moved me to room 305. However, the individual who checked me in initially was quite rude. I had requested a two-night stay, but she only booked me for one night. The following morning, she called my room and abruptly informed me that it was checkout time. When I reminded her that I had requested a two-night stay, she became argumentative and eventually relented, not allowing me to remain in the room. And to add when I got into room 305 the sheets was not changed because when we went to take the sheets off there was a phone case in between the sheets and also a broken crack pipe and a cigarette laying on the floor. I forgot to take pictures of the first room that had the stains on the sheet and the roaches but there were bugs also dead around the room and alive
