Great location and the place looks beautiful. Pricey rooms with no fitted sheets and no fans in the bathroom. The staff was great, we like the restaurants that are in the hotel. Watch out for breakfast, 2 cups of coffee is 18 bucks.. it's unlimited refills yet I drink only a cup in the morning. We paid more for a super tight breakfast with 18.00 cups of coffee then we did for our dinner the previous night. Overall it was a nice stay. The convenience for the airport is really what we paid for. Hotel is nice, but for what the room prices are they should be better in my opinion.
For travelers prioritizing direct airport access and established comfort, the Hilton Boston Logan Airport, located at One Hotel Dr, Boston, MA 02128, stands as a top-tier option within the "Hotels Near Of Me" category. This AAA Four Diamond hotel is uniquely positioned with a direct skybridge connection to Boston Logan International Airport's Terminals A and E, making it the only hotel offering such direct pedestrian access. This unparalleled convenience is a major draw for those with early flights, late arrivals, or simply seeking a hassle-free transition to and from the airport.
The environment of the Hilton Boston Logan Airport is consistently described as "beautiful" and "classic standard Hilton." It boasts a polished aesthetic that aligns with the Hilton brand's reputation for quality and sophisticated design. Despite its immediate proximity to a bustling international airport, a notable and highly praised feature of the hotel is its exceptional soundproofing. Guests consistently report "no noticeable noise" from the airport, allowing for a remarkably quiet and restful stay. This attention to detail in construction ensures that the airport environment does not detract from the comfort of the guest rooms. Beyond its direct airport connection, the hotel also offers access to nearby recreational opportunities. There is a "good walk path from the hotel to nearby marina and green park if you are into boats," providing a pleasant escape for guests looking to stretch their legs or enjoy some fresh air without venturing far. The hotel is designed to cater to a diverse clientele, from business travelers needing efficient airport access to leisure guests looking for a comfortable base before or after their journey. Its facilities are expansive, indicating its capacity to host conventions, events, and even weddings, suggesting a versatile and well-equipped environment.
The services at Hilton Boston Logan Airport are extensive, aiming to provide a full-service experience. A key convenience is the complimentary 24-hour shuttle service, which runs between the hotel and all airport terminals, the MBTA Blue Line subway station, the Boston Logan Water Transportation Dock, and the Rental Car Center (RCC). This comprehensive shuttle service ensures guests can easily navigate the airport complex and access downtown Boston via public transport. The hotel offers on-site dining options, including Berkshires, which serves breakfast, and Connolly's Publik House, a pub-style restaurant that often offers a late-night menu. There is also Cafe Presto for Starbucks coffee and grab-and-go options. While the convenience of on-site dining is a plus, guests should be aware of pricing. One review pointed out that "2 cups of coffee is 18 bucks" at breakfast, indicating that the cost of breakfast items can be "pricy," potentially more so than dinner the previous night. This suggests that while a full breakfast is available, it comes at a premium fee (approximately $27.95 per person). The staff are frequently commended for being "great," "friendly and professional," and helpful, even in challenging situations such as flight cancellations, demonstrating a strong commitment to guest service. The hotel also offers room service, a 24-hour business center, concierge services, dry cleaning/laundry, and luggage storage. For those with vehicles, self-parking is available for approximately $55.00 per day, and valet parking for around $61.00 per day, with hourly rates also offered.

While one review noted the absence of "fitted sheets and no fans in the bathroom," the rooms are largely considered clean and comfortable. The "good sound proofing" of the rooms is a significant feature, ensuring a quiet stay. For recreation and fitness, the hotel boasts a 24-hour fitness center and an indoor pool. The presence of multiple dining options on-site, including a pub-style restaurant, provides variety for guests. The hotel also offers connecting rooms, free cribs/infant beds, and has a pet-friendly policy with associated fees. With 604 guest rooms and four suites spread across ten stories, the hotel is well-equipped to handle a high volume of guests. Accessibility features are also available, including wheelchair-accessible paths, parking, and specific room types designed for guests with mobility and hearing needs.

For anyone searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" with immediate airport connectivity, the Hilton is a clear front-runner. The hotel can emphasize its AAA Four Diamond rating, signifying a high standard of quality and service. While the pricing of certain amenities, particularly breakfast, might be a point of consideration, the overall value is often seen in the seamless airport experience and the quality of the stay. Promotional materials can highlight the hotel's "beautiful" appearance, its "friendly and professional staff," and the quiet comfort of its soundproofed rooms. The on-site restaurants and recreational facilities like the indoor pool and fitness center add further appeal. For corporate clients, the extensive meeting and event spaces, totaling 30,000 sq ft, are a significant draw. Despite some criticisms regarding room details or incidental costs, the core offering of convenience, quality, and reliable service, backed by the Hilton brand, makes it a highly recommended choice for travelers needing to be at or near Boston Logan International Airport. Apr 01, 2025 · Matt S.Typical classic standard Hilton room - the location is great with walking distance from airport. Just follow sign for central car park and look for smaller signs for Hilton. Despite the close distance from the airport, there was no noticeable noise - must have good sound proofing. There is good walk path from the hotel to nearby marina and green park if you are into boats. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast smoked salmon was a great choice if you are hungry. Note that there was no breakfast buffet.
Apr 14, 2025 · Tomoko MGreat experience, no complaints, very close to the airport. There's a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 15-20 mins for most hours of the day, but it's a little faulty late at night. The staff was very nice and attentive, and the hotel's free breakfast was delicious. The rooms were great and very spacious, we got a free upgrade to a room with a dining room and kitchen. I totally recommend it!
Apr 02, 2025 · Theo WigginAs a single woman stranded in a foreign country because her passport was stolen, I found the cold and curt attitude of most of the staff really disappointing. The location is fantastic for the airport as it’s within walking distance (although they do offer a shuttle for some reason). For the price of the rooms, they are badly in need of a refurb. The tiles in the bathroom had cracks, and furniture/walls/doors had seen better days. The staff given the impression they are not happy and this leads me to suspect they are not well managed. They are certainly not customer focussed and my treatment was of someone who should be honoured to be staying there, instead of being made to feel welcome. This is NOT what I’ve ever experienced from all the previous Hilton’s I’ve stayed in, so don’t feel it’s a reflection of the chain/company, but of this one particular hotel. I’d highly recommend NOT staying here, saving some money and staying at a hotel further out, with a shuttle from the airport. Massively disappointed and let down, and a complete waste of money for a bed and a shower. Up your game and improve your customers service at least, because talking to friends who have stayed here also, this is not a new issue.
May 09, 2025 · Abbi AdairGreat location for airport access. It’s well sound-proofed and it’s fun watching the planes and airport activity, esp at night. The staff were all very pleasant and hard working. Perhaps, like everywhere, they could use a little more help so just allow a bit more time, especially at the restaurant. The food & drinks were delicious and we did have to wait for a table. You can get a drink at the bar and bring to the waiting area in the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did have to self park our own car as they were short in the valet dept. The garage is right there so it wasn’t hard. Finding a luggage cart can be key. We parked at the hotel garage the first night, got car in a.m. and drove 5 minutes to the economy garage for remainder as it was cheaper. We’d stay again because the people were so nice & the good far outweighs some of the temporary short staffing logistics. It’s a nice hotel.
