Older hotel but clean with great elevator service. Nice fitness center. Good location for going to the French quarter. However, digging up the street right in front of the hotel and they start with heavy machinery at 730 in the morning. No getting away from it. Once they finish would be worth 4-5 stars

May 01, 2025 · Mike MonkhouseBeautiful hotel in the middle of downtown New Orleans and super convenient to Bourbon and Canal Street, you do have to pay to park valet but the valet service was top notch and they remembered us each time! The front desk service was also top notch and super friendly. The rooms are huge and spacious but you can hear the noise outside which wasn't a deal breaker for us but might annoy some. It felt safe and there was a great restaurant right down the street. I would stay here every single time I come!
Mar 29, 2025 · Crystal HooperGreat location. Room was clean. The front desk made a mistake on my account. They charged my card instead of using the credit card authorization that I submitted for work. The front desk said that they were only running my card for incidentals, but charged it the full stay. The gym is nice, but they have the music so loud I couldn’t think. There was no way to turn it down. Overall it was a good stay.
Apr 15, 2025 · Rayshell ThreadgillWay to go Hilton St. Charles! We appreciate Danielle and the amazing valet staff. They make sure to bring your car in a timely manner and check in and check out is flawless every time! The food at LUKEs is 5 stars.
Jun 14, 2025 · Eric WilliamsOutstanding service from a chat with the front desk via the app on our drive in, to the valet, doorman and actual front desk for the entirety of our stay. The rooms were older but clean and comfortable. Location was perfect! Everything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The trolly line is right outside but we didn't take advantage of it this time. We did get to see our first parade right outside the hotel and couldn't have asked for a more convenient and enjoyable experience! Breakfast at Luke was wonderful too.
